Your technician, Brent White, has been marvelous and a pleasure to have come out and work on the house. He has had to come out to do work multiple times, and gotten the job done in a quick and through manner each and every time. He has been courteous, professional and knowledgeable about what he's working on. Thank you again, would recommend SMO for getting the job done. Kyree was an exceptional technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and encouraged questions. Very pleased by the work he performed. Last company that came out to service our oil furnace, incorrectly re-built the nozzle assembly which led to line leaking at least a half gallon of oil on the floor. I had to ask them to clean it, which they did a very poor job at and the smell lingered for a week. Glad I signed up for the contract with SMO.

I recently had SMO Energy technician Jeff D. come to our home for a scheduled tune up of our Navien Tankless Boiler, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Jeff was not only very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, but he was also remarkably quick and exacting in his work. What truly stood out was his charismatic and friendly demeanor, which made the entire service call a delight. I highly commend Jeff D. and SMO Energy for their outstanding service and skilled technician.

SMO purchased Besche, who installed my unit about 14 years ago. I've been with the company ever since. I've had the service agreement for nearly all of those years. They have some customer service areas where they need to improve. First, they do not follow up on their service visits... you have to call in to see how it went and what they are recommend. I'm not sure why this occurred several times recently. Second, when you do call in, you speak with a phone operator and its a process to talk with a technical person. In fact, they won't even let you talk to a sales person. While the phone operators are very nice and try to be helpful, the company needs to have a better process so that you can talk to the technical team and the sales team. Finally, I recently called in multiple times to try to talk to a tech and was told I'd receive a call back but never did. And then they charged me $280 for going out to my house despite having a service agreement and billing my account without my authorization. I ended up selecting another firm to replace my 14-year old unit that stopped working and won't be renewing my service agreement with SMO because its not worth it.
