Wonderful experience. I have a son on the spectrum and usually cut his hair as going to a shop can be difficult for him.. We saw Nancy and she was absolutely brilliant with him. Price was great, parlor was clean. They have hung dividers between each chair to assist with COVID spread (would have liked to see additional panels between the front desk/waiting area and the first seats, but otherwise it was really great). Hr3at reporte with customers as they come in. Would definitely recommend Nancy.

Had a horrible experience last Saturday. I called and scheduled a hair cut appointment at 1pm. I showed up at around 12:55 and there was no one at the front desk. Another hair stylist asked me who I was and told my stylist I was here. She was working on someone else, but almost done, so I sat on the couch. Around 1:05, so 10 minutes later, my stylist tells me she is going to apply some color to someones hair and then start to cut my hair. What can I say, but, okay? Then it was 1:15, 1:20, and how long are you expected to wait when you've made an appointment? So I left, and will probably never come back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON AND GET CATHY SHE DOES NOT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU SAY. SHE CUTS OFF YOUR HAIR TO SUIT WHAT SHE WANTS. I explained to her I've been trying to grow my hair out. I received a bad haircut a while back was finally getting it to grow out her recommendation was to trim it up because it had dead ends. She showed me on my back where. Today my husband and my boys (ages 3 & 10) got hair cuts at Shear Heaven. The owner cut my 3 year olds hair and she was wonderful with him! My guys are very happy with their hair cuts. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the wonderful ladies at Shear Heaven!
