Very nice and personable when your opening your account but when you call in due to a problem taking place due to their banking system management immediately starts blaming the customer, losing her temper and will ask non sense questions to try and confuse the customer. (ex. "this pending transaction shouldn't have happened and did due to a malfunction in the electrical systems" when speaking of the electrical banking system. her response "WHAT ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WHAT ELECTRICAL SYSTEM!?!?!?!")
This unprofessional and rude way of handling others money is disrespectful and negatively impactful to the community they serve.
management needs a de-escalation course or 2.
I will be closing my accounts on monday.

The lady at the window was extremely nasty and rude. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Nice sized drive thru for east transactions, decent parking , next to a nice donut spot for a snack
