Marie was super helpful and kind. I had been looking online for a king sized mattress and decided to come to an actual store to look at options in person. So glad I did, she took the time to show us several different options and made sure we were confident with our selection. She also gave us recommendations we hadn't thought of and made the process quick and easy.

My husband & I desperately needed a new mattress from the old one we have had for about 12-14 yrs. We were so fortunate to have Elena to help in our pursuit of that perfect mattress for us by showing several brands (several names that were also new to us), educating us on components of each one that we tried out, firmness levels, etc. She was very professional, customer-focused, knowledgeable, engaging, tirelessly & sweetly explaining everything again & again to her “older” customers ?? (who couldn’t seem to remember, those important facts)! ? We’ll be seeing Elena again in a few days as we’ve narrowed our search down to 2 brands! I’d forgotten how tiring it can be just checking out different mattresses- just like buying a new appliance or car. Mattress Warehouse has such a dedicated, meticulous, versatile & thoughtful employee working for them & definitely need to keep her! We think a raise is in order for her?

Lindsey from Mattress Warehouse LaPlata was great to do business with. Most places, you go in and have to haggle or play limbo with the sales person. Not my experience today with Lindsey. I told her what I wanted and my price range and she accommodated me. Smooth transaction. Im so satisfied with Lindsey and her service that I’m typing up this review as she rings me up. Im no boy or paid person either. ??♂️??♂️??♂️

I went to Mattress Warehouse and Lindsey wad a HUGE help. I needed a new mattress and adjustable frame. Lindsey presented several options which helped narrow my choices. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions. She was also very helpful with pricing.

Judy helped us with finding a mattress that would help alleviate our aches and pains when we laid down at night. She was able to secure us a next day delivery even after our 4 pm purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy, and made sure all of our needs were met. We would highly recommend her and mattress warehouse to everyone.

It is nice to be able to shop locally and have a great selection of mattresses to choose from. The staff, Lucy and Judy, were on top of their game and gave us the best service with no pressure to purchase. I recommend shopping at this location for your next mattress.
