He gave us ideas for what might work for my partner and me, but he was never pushy *and* he listened to my feedback and respected what I said that I needed out of a mattress. He found a way to make the sale work for us, and I'm incredibly grateful that he did. I'm excited to get my mattress next week (I could've gotten it delivered Tuesday, the length of time was my choice), but I'm particularly grateful to Derrick for making what was an investigative trip (that I expected to disappoint me) into better sleep and less pain. Derrick is the salesman that everyone needs to be.”
