Bought a dehumidifier the end of mast season and used it June and July this season cost over $200. Stopped working. Has 2 year warranty but Lowe’s says too bad go through manufacture which is a juke. It has been a week abs still jumping through hoops 2 kids with asthma. What a nightmare. No more small appliances from Lowe’s especially onecwith horrible customer service.

I visit this store often. New faces every so often. Last week, I visited back to back days in the morning before a remodel on a room. I had multiple employees pass without a good morning or hello, EXCEPT, Ms. Cynthia. Not only did she greet me, but she provided a smile. It's the small things. I could have shopped anywhere and Ms. Cynthia made me feel welcomed. I did inform her that her greetings were small gestures that meant a lot.

judgmental workers who discriminate on appearances. definitely should’ve spared my time and trip but oh well gotta learn somehow.

Went in to grab a bottle of Miracle Grow palm food - a common item at other Lowe's in the region - but am told that's a special order item.
Had to go to the cashier to get help, because there were no associates anywhere outside. Finally went inside to leave and the outdoor associate is leaning against the wall playing a game on his phone.
