So far, they always have what I need, oh and they immediately answer their phone! CVS fails with these two things, however, the CVS pharmacy employees work nonstop and I have complete respect for their abilities and energy; it’s CVS corporate that needs to get moving to hire more qualified pharmacy employees.

5 Years of coming here, even after a move, this will ALWAYS be the place I go. The customer service, the speed, and the quality that they provide is unmatched in more ways that I can write in a review. Seriously, if an amazing environment is what you enjoy, then I would recommended this place.

This gem of a pharmacy in La Plata offers amazing customer service. I've tried both the big chain pharmacies in La Plata. Between feeling like just another face in the crowd, the too-long lines and wait times, and the steadily reducing hours including daily closures for lunch, I decided to give La Plata Pharmacy a try and I'm never going back! Today they found a coupon that saved me over $750 on a script my insurance didn't cover. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two, even if my script wasn't ready. I've switched all my family's scripts to La Plata Pharmacy and I'm telling all my family and friends. Support your local small business! You won't regret it.

Sri and his staff are amazing. They will go above and beyond any chain pharmacy to make sure you are taken care of. Have been coming here for years and have never had an issue. Thank you all, keep up the amazing work! I would recommend La Plata pharmacy to anyone in the area. See you next month!! You guys are AWESOME!!

I think after today, I will never go to CVS again. I got a prescription today, walked into La Plata Pharmacy and was out the door with my medicine within 5 minutes!These people are truly amazing!

My son's prescription has been on "back order" or "delayed shipping" for over a month with CVS Pharmacy; and if it's not shipping it's my insurance. There's always an issue with running my primary and secondary together. I finally gave up and reached out to Laplata Pharmacy and they got it in immediately and with no issues with my insurance..... I was in and out! We have a new Pharmacy home.
