My husband dropped off 5 shirts and 2 of my evening gowns. When we went to pick them up last week, they gave us my 2 gowns and 5 different shirts. My husband said, those are not my shirts. So they took a picture and said to come back next week. He just left and they told him those were he shirts. Why would my husband not know his shirts? Why didn't the owner come back for his shirts? Instead of arguing, my husband left the shirts and decided to not use them again. Take a picture before you use them.

I used to go to this cleaners up until now! Unfortunately the old owners left and the new female owner is the most unprofessional person! Prices are extremely high and not worth the rudeness one receives when going into the store...not to mention you can get better service and cleaning else where!

Do not use this dry cleaners. They ruined everyone of my husbands polos. I request dry cleaning they clearly washed them they are now two sizes too small. My daughters $300 sweatshirt is shrunk as well All they want is your money. Not again. !!!

They would not dry clean my husband suit for my grandmothers funeral because and I quote, “It’s too big,” meanning the suit was too big as we are a plus size couple. She also said that there was a dirt spot and she stated she would not to clean the garment. Rudest place I have ever been to. Will not ever recommend.

Was told my suit could not be cleaned because it was dirty and had hair on it. And that my pants had a small tear and could not be cleaned.
