My son bought a Dodge Ram from you all in July and Colin was the sales person. My son has been trying to contact Colin to no avail. He has tried to find help at the Waldorf Ford with the problem he has and again no help there either. He has called a total of 15 times and he gets, “Colin is not here or he’s helping a customer. I’ll take your name and number and have him get back to you.” Let me tell you, if I ever gave this type of customer service with my business, I wouldn’t be in business! You people are NOT customer service focused. Colin is NOT a man of his word and after 15 calls my son still doesn’t have the help he needs. Very, very poor customer service. As a business owner, I know a bad word spreads a lot faster than a good word about a business and I’m not one to give poor feedback but you all, this is ridiculous! Oh and btw, he still hasn’t received his new tags. The temporary tags will be expiring soon.

I bought a 2017 Dodge ram 1500 from this place on 07/07/2024 and my first impressions were pretty good. The truck was what I was looking for and the team seemed to be good. However, when it came time for a test drive, the battery was dead. Like, dead dead. Not even a light would turn on. I was suspicious that the battery may be shot but they jumped it and I test drove it.
Overall I bought the truck and took it home to Virginia. After getting home, I tried to start the truck and it was dead so the battery is damaged and needs to be replaced.
I called Colin at Ford and he said to buy a new battery and email him the receipt and he'll reimburse me since he was aware the battery may need to be replaced from the test drive.
After 12 phone calls, I have not heard anything from Colin about getting the money back for the battery. Every time I call, he is always with a customer and he'll call me back. But every time, he never does. It's been 6 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from him. I even called Ford of Waldorf because they are connected to Ford of La Plata and even they said they'll call me back the next day and even they haven't called me back.
Both of these Ford dealerships only care about the sale and nothing else. I will NEVER deal with these people again. They are crooked and don't care about you after you roll off the lot.
There's always better dealerships so stay away from this one!
