Spoke on the phone a few times and emailed them pictures. They kept saying someone would reply for estimate but never got a reply. After calling back for 2 days asking about a reply and being told give it a few minutes. I gave up and called another company.

I have had issues with my shower door for sometime and realize that it's out of warranty but when I tried to get them to come out they wanted $195.00 to come to my residence which is only seven miles away ridiculous obviously they don't stand behind there work never use them again

I just picked up 45 individual custom sized pieces of tempered glass to fit a steel window project, every single piece FIT PERFECTLY! The crew there was helpful getting my truck loaded and I can’t say more about the service and quality. If there were 10 stars I’d give them a 10!

Zero stars was not an option. It took a little over 5 years but it finally showed itself. I had my windshield replaced in my explorer several years ago. I brought my explorer back here after they installed the windshield because there was a vibration that wasn’t present prior to the new installation. I was convinced it had something to do with the seal. At least twice we brought the vehicle back and the tech tried to adjust the wiper blades like that was the problem. I explained the issue in great detail after the 4th call. Now I was aggravated and demanding resolution, I was never disrespectful. When I asked to speak to the owner a gentleman grabbed the phone from the woman I was speaking with and hung up on me. A good company is measured by how they handle mistakes. They decided to glue the broken trim clips back on and it lasted 5 years. Now I’m $400 + out of pocket to fix all because you couldn’t do the right thing. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If they make a mistake you will end up leaving with a belly full of anger and no resolution. Safelite repair & replace. And if you’ve had an explorer windshield replaced and your pillar trim flew off, I would check to see if the same black glue they used on the windshield is now on the clips. Look at pics below. New trim clip hole glued over. Clearly same as windshield glue all over old bracket. Thanks for the terrible service!

Needed to replace my windshield. Gragan was recommended. They offered a next day appointment and said it would take 1 1/2 hours. I had to schedule two days out. My car was ready in 1 hour. Went through my insurance company but found out on day of service the cost was only $275. Didn't have to pay the $500 deductible, and canceled the insurance claim. Everyone was so personable and professional. I asked if they did glass work beyond cars. They do so much more. Will be getting an estimate on replacing the shower doors in my primary bedroom. I'm truly impressed with this company!

I’m sure that this company does great work based on past reviews -I am still waiting for my glass to be installed and it’s going on 3 months. They sent two men out to measure the glass for our remodeled shower on January 27th -at that time we were told 2.5 to 3 weeks to install. We started calling the last week of February- and we were told that they would call when the glass came in - and that the estimate is 21 business days not including the weekends - fast forward to the beginning of March - we are still waiting and now the glass was here but the hardware was not ………hardware comes in finally on March 15th and they schedule for install on today March 21st -they got here and started working - and about 30 minutes in they told us that the work cannot be completed because one of the holes in the glass was drilled in the incorrect place - and now we have to wait another two weeks!!! I also have to mention that all the times we contacted Gragan and Sons - even up to this point- they haven’t even offered an apology or some type of consideration for our inconvenience- I understand all companies are having supply chain issues - but be upfront about it - we went with this company because they said they could finish the job in 3 weeks where others were scheduling 5 weeks and longer out. So proceed with caution do you hire this company.

They are wonderful.. customer service is the best. Gragan set rep came by, estimated, measured, gave me an estimated date for installation and the price was even better than the estimate. Honest, courteous, great customer service, and the quality of the work was worth it. I highly recommend!

If I could give this company anything less than zero star, I would. I took my car for windshield repair and was charged $75. Two weeks after repair the crack expanded and now I need to replace the entire windshield. Please stay away and don’t be fooled by the positives reviews.

I've had a curio cabinet that was made while living overseas in my house with a crack piece of glass since my kids were little. Now that the kids are in college, it's time to fix this without worry of them breaking it again. I brought the broken glass to Gragans on a Wednesday afternoon and the price quoted was so reasonable, I should have done this years ago! They quoted me a 3 day turn around which was much fast than I thought. To my surprise, they called the next day to tell me with was ready! I installed the new glass and my old curio cabinet looks as good as the day we got it. Thanks so much for the quick turn around and great service.

Gragan and Sons Glass, Inc was the company I chose, in several cases, and I had nothing but great things to say as a result of their labor on my truck rear window. I had no issues at the time, nor do I understand the process of professional labor to my vehicle or other vehicles so, I will explain. When I received my truck back in my possession on 3 April 2020, I was told the rear sliding window (part# 2542006, $798.52) labor was "completed," with a small module with wires/cables was exposed and the remnants of the previous broken glass remained. I was not upset at this time. The wires/cables and the module remained as-is for over a year and working in sans issues, without realizing, of course, that this was incorrect and was not supposed to be. Fast forward to today, 14 September 2021, I took my truck back to Gargan and Sons, with the expectation that they would take care of everything, only to have the employee tell me, "I wish you brought this back sooner." I asked why, and he explained that the track or motor eventually faltered because of the exposed wires/cable and module. He then stated they would do the labor of installing a whole NEW rear window for free; however, the glass, which is the entire rear window with a new sliding center, etc., would be an out pocket expense.Moving forward, I expressed my deep concern and was unaware of their work being incorrect at the time of completion. I continued and provided the example of "If I took my computer to a repair to have components worked on, would I have knowing knowledge of shotty work?!" He again said, "I wish you brought it in sooner as the factory warranty is a year." I spoke to whom I believed to be the professional and the manager (John Gragan and he explained the following:The glass, which includes the motor, cables, module (the sliding center glass), and all other components, is under factory warranty. When advised if a piece of the window was incorrect and the lack of knowledge of window installments, I trusted his company to install properly for a longer-lasting product, beyond the factory warranty, he became slightly aggressive. He then explained his shop's work on 3 Arpil 2020, including how perfect the labor was with no issues.I presented him with the same scenario having to do with a computer issue, and his response was, "Have you bought homes before? Then you knew the home warranty is a year."Lastly, If Gragan and Sons Glass completed the work correctly, why offer free labor? To be friendly and then tell me that I need to pay for the ENTIRE rear window (approx. value of $900+)? All factors – including labor and the justifications- were neither professional nor justifiable, and his responses and demeanor were poor and unprofessional.Think about this, why go to a professional to receive a product and labor correctly on the first visit and then expect to pay for it all one year and five months later? Now, I have to file another claim through my insurance to assist me with this issue and perhaps file a report through small claims for their terrible work and experience.

After Labor Day someone threw a rock into my window and broke the glass. I took it to Gragan and sons and they fixed so well that I couldn’t even tell that the glass was broken. They did a great job.

Called about needing a chip in my windshield patched and was able to walk right in same day. The ladys that worked the counter were excellent. The two men who came out to look at my vehicle were upfront and honest that the patching maybe not repair it 100% with how the crack had spread. They did their best to repair it. They were correct, it did not fix it 100% but their efforts were much appreciated and I was able to have the new windshield installed the next day! Highly recommend them for all your glass needs.
