Cyle was extremely patient and truly concerned about making sure the photos came out perfectly as far as color and sizing! He allowed me to explain closely what the purpose was and how this would be used in my wedding. I am so pleased with what he accomplished in my photo print project I will definitely be coming back to this location as it is convenient, awesome customer service with a pleasant smile!!!

I wish I could give no stars. The guy with the dirty long Locs, is very rude, doesnt help. I'll drive further for customer service. Never again.

Visited this place earlier today and I can tell there's a new manager but not in a good way, there was one person working the front while she sat in the back eventhough there was a few customers ahead of me. This Is Not how the old manager Jason runs this store he's super attentive and knowledgeable but also INVOLVED with the operations in the store. I can certainly tell she's never been in management before, I know everyone has to start somewhere but yikes ... send her back and let the real manager manage !!!!

Excellent customer service! Marquis and Shanelle were very professional handling my item, packed it up and printed out the shipping label from the vendor. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience, my prints were ready so fast even though there was a slight issue with the first set of prints they were able to revise the order and have the new order ready for me in no time. Jason Tyrese and his manager from the morning shift went above and beyond, were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

I was greeted with a warm welcome upon entering the store, I was unsure of how to or the most convenient way to send my package and the rep Tyrese explained the different options and made the process so easy.

Way worse then the waldorf location. Manager is rude to begin with so were the employees, I've also noticed they charge more for the same service I receive at the waldrof location, how can something cost 2 times as much but be the same buisness ? Baffles me then because I asked him to put holes in it he charged me for that as well and then tacked on another fee for something called priority print which they charged me 15 dollars for !! Blows my mind ! I will never go to this location again in my life !! Wow just wow all around bad location to go to for anything other then being cheated and look down on.

Jason, the store manager, was very rude. He assisted another customer before helping me. I had been there five minutes before the other customer came in. His tone of voice indicated he did not want to be bothered with what I needed done.

Jacob is rude. Just like the comment below stated, seems like he is that way towards a certain race of people. I had a similar experience. I wont be servicing this location anymore and will go to UPS Store which is right across the street or go to FedEx Waldorf, I get better service there and it’s not based on my race or skin color. Jacob needs to be talked to. Hopefully managers or the store owner will see this and actually do something.

Jacob is as nasty as they come! There are 2 separate incidents that occurred which I will not be returning.I walked into FedEx with a gift box with a bow. It was a gift for someone. Well, Jacob I guess thought he was top flight security…he questioned me 4 times of what was in the gift box. This is not their protocol and very condescending on Jacobs part. I felt I was being interrogated by the police. It wasn’t liquids or any explosive, and he did ask that and I confirmed it wasn’t. He also asked was it fragile, I said yes, and he that wanted to know what it was — I was being general, but he kept pushing to see exactly what it was — he wanted to know all the contents in the small gift box. Then, when I told him what was in the box, he corrected my word as if I was pronouncing it incorrectly. That’s not protocol, and definitely a concern for me. I ended up going to another location because I felt my package was unsafe.Second incident/last straw. My mom went in to print something, and she was at the counter with another customer who was being serviced by Jacob. Jacob placed the receipt in the customers hand — which is politely and respectful, but when my mom was being serviced, he placed it on the counter which was very rude. The only difference between the customers were race.Jacob, you have poor customer service. I’m a business owner, I work with clients every single day in person and by email, and I can assure you that is not how to treat customers. Perhaps there needs to be a staff customer service building lesson to Jacob. I’ve never had issues with any other representative there, but him on 2 occasions. Because of that, FedEx LaPlata has lost a customer, and I will being taking my money and service elsewhere, and I will ensure that anyone I know who services this location will go elsewhere.

I frequently visit this location (every other day). The service at this location is horrible. It seems as though they are regularly under staffed to support the number of people requiring service at this FedEx location. The Waldorf location has much better staffing to support their location. FedEx staff seem to be working really hard but they are truly under staff majority of the time I visit this location. I truly wish they would hire more staff.
