I am really disappointed with the blatantly wrong information I was given today. I attempted to return a damaged package that was previously delivered to my home by FedEx. After arriving at the store in LaPlata at approximately 10:00 am on September 4, 2025 the clerk was not very cordial and yes she was the only clerk working at the time. When it was finally my turn in line she looked at my shipping return label and rudely stated it was not a shipping label that could be shipped through FedEx. The store clerk stated it was a label that belonged to UPS. After hearing this information I didn’t feel it was correct but didn’t make a scene so I left. After arriving to UPS I asked the clerk at UPS and he advised me that the shipping label was not specific and yes FedEx could have returned the package. In my opinion the store clerk at FedEx misrepresented the label didn’t want to do her job since she was the only clerk working at the time. I am highly disappointed because the box I was returning weighed 64 pounds and was very awkward to handle. Good help is hard to find these days!

Had a good experience with Erykah. Walked in five minutes before closing with what I thought would be a simple task - shipping an online return with a QR code. It wasn’t working at first, and I also had two packages with only one label. She did a great job troubleshooting and offering me a reasonable work around. We got it done. She was friendly and helpful.

I had a disappointing and uncomfortable experience with an older female staff member at this location. What should have been a quick and straightforward QR code return turned into an unnecessarily drawn-out interaction. She was condescending, dismissive, and seemed more focused on asserting her authority than actually helping. Rather than resolving a simple issue, she complicated it and used the moment as an opportunity to lecture me about her job skills — all under the pretense of being “helpful.” It felt more like a power trip than customer service. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to FedEx in the hopes that this leads to improved training. In the meantime, I won’t be returning to this location.

I needed to get my photos taken for my passport renewal but was told the camera is NOT working and hasn’t been working for a while. The lady had not idea when they would be ready to provide this service and didn’t sounds emphathetic at all. A Fortune 500 Corporation and they can’t reparo their camera! Come on Fed Ex.

My girl said one of the ladies behind the counter cussed her out for correcting her on the address because the lady and can’t read and didn’t type it properly. I won’t be taking this lightly she better watch her back 🥷

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is without the worst packing facility I’ve ever been too. The lady behind the counter is rude, slow and worthless. What a pathetic FedEx location.

This has got to be the worst package shipping company in the usa. I ordered my package overnight and it's been 3 days. Every time I order something and I see fedx I know it's going to be a long time u until I get my package.

Cyle was extremely patient and truly concerned about making sure the photos came out perfectly as far as color and sizing! He allowed me to explain closely what the purpose was and how this would be used in my wedding. I am so pleased with what he accomplished in my photo print project I will definitely be coming back to this location as it is convenient, awesome customer service with a pleasant smile!!!

I wish I could give no stars. The guy with the dirty long Locs, is very rude, doesnt help. I'll drive further for customer service. Never again.

Visited this place earlier today and I can tell there's a new manager but not in a good way, there was one person working the front while she sat in the back eventhough there was a few customers ahead of me. This Is Not how the old manager Jason runs this store he's super attentive and knowledgeable but also INVOLVED with the operations in the store. I can certainly tell she's never been in management before, I know everyone has to start somewhere but yikes ... send her back and let the real manager manage !!!!

Excellent customer service! Marquis and Shanelle were very professional handling my item, packed it up and printed out the shipping label from the vendor. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience, my prints were ready so fast even though there was a slight issue with the first set of prints they were able to revise the order and have the new order ready for me in no time. Jason Tyrese and his manager from the morning shift went above and beyond, were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location.
