“Dillon B. Was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My mother came in to inquire about my grandmothers phone plan, where he noticed she (my mother) was actually paying far more than she should due to an old sprint plan she was on. He informed her of every promotion going on including a brand new iPhone 15 that she was eligible for. After switching her plan AND getting her an iPhone 15, she ended up saving over 20 dollars a month and can cancel her Netflix now due to T-Mobile including that in the plan.
He was INCREDIBLY patient and explained to her forward and backwards about how she would be saving and getting more for this. We've been considering switching to Verizon due to her unusually high bill, but as of now she's as happy as can be enjoying her new iPhone and has no intention of leaving T-Mobile now.

“This store is so great that they have not invented a word for how wonderful it is. This store is amazingly clean. Everything is polished from the floor to the ceiling. And I haven't even told you the best part. The customer service is outstanding. I had a pleasure to meet the owner because he personally greeted me. Excellent store.”

“I go to this Walgreens all the time, especially since the CVS next door is always absurdly busy. While the store is clearly chronically understaffed the staff is nice. The pharmacy part of the store is generally pretty quick and the staff there are also helpful/nice. I personally don't understand the low reviews, I assume it's because of the short-staff problems. While no store is perfect I have had way more good experiences here than bad ones. If you are bothered by waiting a little bit to checkout due to there only being one cashier then don't go. If that isn't going to bother you then I highly recommend going and avoiding the CVS.”
