CVS Pharmacy has good staff that are doing their best while being understaffed. One customer found their son’s prescription out of stock but was not informed; after calling the CVS in Target, the prescription was confirmed in stock, the hold was cancelled from the other store, and the medication was obtained without delay. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful to the son’s needs. Another customer received a booster shot and Flu shot without an appointment, in less than 10 minutes; the pharmacist was amazing and administered the shots without any pain. A prescription issue over the phone was taken care of, was amazing and so helpful.
Good staff that are doing their best while being understaffed.FYI - there is no way for them to make you pay more. The cost has everything to do with your insurance.

They try but there are never enough staff to support the level of business at this location. Always a long wait.

My overall experience was great. I was able to receive the new booster shot and Flu shot without an appointment. The entire process too less the 10 minutes. The pharmacist was amazing and administered the shots without any pain whatsoever!
