I love this place. They’ve taken care of my dry cleaning for a few years. I’ve also had my suits altered by them and they’ve fit perfectly. They’re friendly too! Highly recommend them!

The customer service was great! The service was so terrible lol. The sew work was so sloppy, crooked, and weak. Seamstress straight up said, "it's not strong" so it looks terrible and it's not strong, so what exactly was the point? Maybe if it was a friend doing it for free it wouldn't be so bad, but it's not worth the money for such a poor job.

The owner is extremely friendly and has over 20+ years experience in the clothing/cleaners business. I tried several cleaners prior to this one seeking someone who could clean the pleats in my dress. She was knowledgeable and informed me that it was the type of material as to why cleaners have informed me that they could not clean this kind of dress or iron the pleats. After she throughly explained, I felt better and felt confident to allow them to move forward and clean the dress. I picked up the dress and noticed some stains and discussed with her about my findings. The owner was so nice about it and said stains are not a guarantee and they would at no charge try spot treatments again. I agreed and bought the dress back so they could try. Life after that got extremely hectic for me and picking up a dress slipped my mind. Fast forward to today, 11 months later, my mother went to pick the dress up for me. Yes it was still there for pick up, however, now the owner is reneging on the no charge promise. I was forced to pay an additional $16.91 when that wasn’t the original agreement. Had I known the price I would’ve just kept the dress with the stain and moved on. Be leery about any promises or agreements made with the owner or staff, get it in writing or record her statement. You have been warned!!!!! Safe to say our household WILL NOT be returning.
