It has been a pleasure being a part of your insurance fanily. Our family joined Wayne Waugh in 1966, and have continued on with his son Bill Waugh into 2024. Fantastic personalities, genuine compassion and care for people, competitively priced, phenomenal customer service. Highly recommend!

Not until we needed to file a claim did we learn that our deductible on our new home policy had been increased to $1000. Sure, we were given the policy, but a verbal notification of the $750 increase would have been appreciated ?

My experience so far has been fantastic. Good communication when needed and reasonable. I never had to use them for an accident or the like as of yet but hope never have to. I switched from Geico after 15 years.

My home was not appraised properly and now I’m being charged a extra 800+ a year for square footage I don’t have. The appraiser never came into the house to check anything, all he did was measure the outside and wrote down a number. The sad part is that my Allstate agent knows that it’s wrong and isn’t able to fix it. I don’t know why they don’t go off what the county records and see what I pay for taxes like other insurance companies.
