Without a doubt, the people there are friendly and helpful. When walking in, you are greeted with a warm genuine smile by the staff, who will ask if you need any help finding anything. This ACE is a little out of my way, but I don't mind because driving an extra mile for feeling welcome is worth it.

Single female! I purchased a brand new lawn mower ($550.00+tax) from Ace. I went to use it for the first time and would you know the whole wheel and screw came off the mower. I called Ace to see what my options were and spoke to a gentlemen named Billy. He asked if I could take pictures (on my phone) of the broken wheel and bring them up to the store and he’d see what he could do. He looked at the pictures and went into the back of the store. When he came back he had two younger gentlemen (didn’t get their name) and said these fellas are going to follow you home and pick up your mower and see what we can do. Within 30 minutes the two young men were back with my mower fixed with all 4 wheels and checked the other 3 tires. Talk about customer service! So thankful!

Knee deep in a home project and Ace Hardware was the only place that had a part I needed to complete what I was doing. Google said they close at 8, so I hopped in the car at 7:20 only to arrive at 7:36pm, doors locked and store closed. Really disappointing.

I really like the location and hours of this establishment. It's perfect for last minute requirements as I drive to work and allows me to be just about as dangerous as I can be, first thing in the morning. Good folk working the counter and the aisles.

The customer service at Ace was/is alsome. Diana is what I think, is the definition of a customer associate at the Ace in LaPlata MD. Keep up the good wood. She helped me find the items that I was looking for. With no hassle, greed the customers, and helped us patiently.
