The customer service at Ace was/is alsome. Diana is what I think, is the definition of a customer associate at the Ace in LaPlata MD. Keep up the good wood. She helped me find the items that I was looking for. With no hassle, greed the customers, and helped us patiently.

I went by to purchase a Yetti and they had so many selections it was hard to choose one. My experience was great. The cashier and I were talking while I was figuring out what to do and it was a very pleasant experience. They do have a great assortment of many useful things.

I visited Ace Hardware recently. I spoke with an employee named Nick Elder. He immediately stopped what he was doing to assist me. He was extremely helpful and exerted relentless effort to help me locate a particular product. He offered to take my items to my vehicle, after my purchase. He greeted me with a smile, and extended superior customer service during my entire visit. He has certainly earned a 5 star rating. We look forward to visiting Ace Hardware very soon!

I went their looking for bulbs for an old flashlight. ACE hardware stores still carry things you won't find at a Lowes or Homedepot. You may find what you want at ACE.

I recently tried to replace some older craftsman hand tools here. I went on this stores website to see if the tools were available first, and the site said they were in stock. I drove to this store only to find they did not have the items in stock. The manager tried to say that corporate Ace was responsible for keeping track of this stores inventory, and they were not responsible for the website. I find it hard to believe that corporate Ace could keep track of all of its independent stores inventory and monitor each stores individual website. The employees were pleasant but blaming corporate for their failure to monitor their own website after I specifically drove there for these tools is unacceptable.

Located in a semi rural area. I much prefer going here instead of shopping at a big box store like Lowe's or Home Depot. They have everything you need. The price is maybe slightly higher, but you can walk in find what you need or ask for assistance and quickly be on your way. Whenever I needed help locating something, I never waited more than one minute. Sometimes in a big box store, it's hard to find anyone to help. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, especially from Valerie. She was very friendly, beautiful and very helpful. Several employees approached me asking me if I needed help with anything. Great customer service.

They have more stuff than I thought. It’s like a mini, Home Depot or Lowes, but prices may be a little higher, check to make sure :)
