“If you are in the area and need your car serviced this is the place! We were on the road from North Carolina to see my dad for his birthday when my car's alternator failed. They knew we were due to travel home and fit us in during a busy holiday week so that we wouldn't be stranded. When the part was slow to be delivered (not the shop's fault at all) they called to try and speed things up and got it done just in time. Then he wrote back and said when he took the old brake drum off, he could see the brakes were actually better than they first appeared, he didn't need to replace them after all, and he wouldn't charge us at all for that work! We gave him a tip as a courtesy. Our car is back up and running great, and we'll take it to Jordan whenever we have any other issue.”

“Absolutely outstanding service. Prices are reasonable but not cheap. If you want cheap you'll take a hit in quality of workmanship and the parts used but not here. So prices are reasonable and they get the job done well within the budget that they say it will be done in. Prices are at least 50% lower than surrounding shops. Other shops have really raised their prices to levels that at least for me are unsustainable.”
