“Please note - I DO NOT LIKE shopping for clothes or shoes. However, I have found Kohl's to be friendly in store and the online ordering process to be as close to painless as possible. My recent trip to Kohl's went quickly (picking up an online order) and stumbling over a pair of reasonably priced shoes that came home with me. I will continue to shop at Kohl's despite not doing a lot of clothing or shoe shopping because I can find what I want and they have such lovely sales!”

“I came to Torrid because I had a presentation at Morgan University and needed something professional to wear at the last minute. The customer service rep was so helpful and professional. She actually walked around with me and helped me put together a complete outfit that was on clearance as well. Thank you for helping me look the part for my speech while saving money too!”

“I visited this store today with my son (almost 12months) looking for old skools in toddler size. I was nervous they’d be tight since he has chubby wide feet and only wears crocs. Dre greeted us immediately upon entering the store, despite being mid conversation with other associates. I told him what we needed and that I wanted my son to try them on. He got our size and the little try on sock. He showed us the shoes in his size that were on sale, pointed us to the socks in his size, and the toddler clothes. After gathering everything we wanted to purchase, Dre and I had a nice conversation about a disney collab coming soon and a previous Toy Story collab Vans did years ago. Taking a toddler shopping can be anxiety inducing and overwhelming, but Dre made this experience a breeze. He was informative, attentive, helpful and most of all kind. Visiting shopping malls in general these days can be hit or miss. I will be back to this store again rather than shopping online when I need shoes for my son! Picture of the happy customer!! “I love Old Navy. I bought a pair of jeans that fit me great. They had a lot of clothes in their clearance section, but I didn't want my friend to grow inpatient being there with me. If I were alone, I would have gone through the entire section. Next time!”
“My experience at Spencers, inside the White Marsh Mall is always very nice and pleasant. The store manager and staff are always very warm, and welcoming as soon as I come into the store. They're always asking if you need help with anything while shopping. Recently I had a little concern or issue with my purchase and refund/exchange but the store manager went above and beyond to explain to me my charges when I thought I was being overcharged. She was so patient and understanding when assisting me. She never once got mad or thought that I was irrational and even sympathized with me. I love this Spencers store and will always be their number one customer especially because they have the best graphic tees, dope BOGO sales and the best adult naughty products as well. ?”

“I haven't been to Macy's in years because shopping just wasn't my thing for awhile but needed a nice dress for my Granddaughters wedding so where do you go Macy's. I was so pleased with what I bought. Everyone there was so helpful and pleasant. I really enjoyed being there. Everyone that I came in contact with was so nice. The old Macy's consept was not working for me some of the staff were snobby and these people were the total opposite. Loved the invierment and people. Thank you for a great shopping experience!!!!”

“I needed a dress for a special occasion. Nancy, the sales clerk, kept locating dresses for me. Nothing was fitting g just right. Then she brought me a dress that fit just right and made me feel like a princess. Nancy then kept trying to find me a bolero jacket at another Talbots. None available. Her manager stepped in and showed me how to adjust a shawl/jacket a few different ways. Viola! A beautiful ensemble! Thank you very much. Go to Talbots for personal service. I will be back.”
“I have no business in a mall. Seriously I don't. I'm trying to cut back; however, in an effort to help out le boo, I found myself there. Anywho, I came in through the food court. The tables were spread out for the purpose of social distancing. It wasn't too crowded, and all of the people were wearing masks. I noticed that some of the open stores had capacity limits to ensure safety of others. Additionally, I noticed that some of the stores had barriers between staff and customers in the check out areas. Even if I don't think I need to be shopping, it isn't too bad at White Marsh.”

Won't know how the tailoring job comes out until I pick it up on the March 23rd. Review will come afterwards. But you want a good fit don't hesitate to see Marty he will hook you up.”
