“Can’t believe the sell Bentleys, Benz, and Audi here! From start to end, very positive customer service. Tony has answered all our questions, no question was less important. The got floor mats, ceramic coating, engine steamed, did rigorous 6?’ongh road testing to rule out lemon. When I asked for coffee both their managers came out with coffee. The went extra mile and must have paid the tint man a fat tip so that I could have everything ready by the time I arrived.

Lastly, they said they were going to Mail Second set of keys and fancy license plate frame for me. They Offer exclusive warranty to protect my $100,000 car and I need every bit of it because the rims itself are $5000 rims.

The important thing is that they follow through on their word even after the dotted line was signed and money exchanged table.

Hope they can do mobile detailing because I want my car to continue looking fresh for years to come.

“Earlier this year I went through the process of (almost) purchasing a cargo van from Sir Michael's and it was SUCH a great process. Nate’s calm presence paired with his willingness to go above and beyond made for such a seamless, comfortable experience. I honestly wish all car salespeople had his energy.I live almost an hour away in MoCo and don’t currently own a car, so I had asked if he could work with me over-the-phone as much as possible so that I wouldn’t have to take more than one trip to the dealership, which could get expensive and/or time consuming.He was gracious about it and even drove the van to a nearby mechanic at my request to get it checked out. No matter where you buy a used car from: I always suggest doing this. I see a lot of the negative reviews here could have been negated with this step. He took it to Chesapeake Auto Service for me (who I also highly recommend) which cost me less than $60 and they did a thorough check.Though the van had passed Maryland Safety Inspection, it did come back with a few minor issues and, without hesitation, Nate said he’d get them all taken care of. Easy. Took about a week, and then the van was ready for me. Didn’t have to lift a finger or pay a dime.The reason it didn’t end up working out is because I wasn’t satisfied with my financing options. This had nothing to do with Sir Michael’s — I had the same experience researching financing options on my own — I just wasn’t satisfied with the rates and the companies that were willing to take on the loan.I have a good credit score, so I didn’t think it’d be an issue or that I’d be faced with subprime lenders… but what I didn’t consider is that financing commercial vehicles for personal use isn’t a given. The more you know. So next time I suppose I will get prequalified/figure out financing before getting this deep in the buying process.Anyways. As I shop for personal vehicles closer to where I live, I am reminded constantly of how superior my experience with Sir Michael’s was. Highly recommend ◡̈”

“I feel a-lot of regret today. Months ago, I gave an amazing testimonial to your company because at the time, I felt that, however, 7 months later, and still this vehicle cannot be operated. The second day I had the vehicle, it wouldn't start. It took you guys nearly 2 months to correct that, but I gave you credit for trying to fix it. But, you guys had the vehicle for a whole month, to get it to start when it's supposed to , you ignored my complaints about the fuel line, and 2 months ago, the fuel line came undone while I was driving. I discovered it was being held on by a zip tie. The radiator is bad, the fuel line was bad, and when I brought this up, you used ad hominem because I was upset earlier in the process for the. vehicle not running, when I just purchased it from you guys. I thought you different because you were trying to fix the first problems, but why are there so many problems? and now, months later and Im still taking it o places to get fixed, and you wont respond when I ask to return vehicle, when my reps call you, and when the Business Bureau asks you to connect with me, you still don't respond.
