“If I could rate this collision center past 5 stars I would. I got rear ended, they took of care of me in less than a week. Rental car onsite, and the front desk lady (first desk behind the front desk) was extremely helpful. I received updated every two days. I had a dent and some damage on my door unrelated to this repair, they even gave it a little bit of TLC to make it look good! I'm beyond grateful for this shop and their staff!!!!!!!!!!”

“I don't frequently have issues with my car. However, as she's been getting older there's been inevitable hiccups. My best friend would go there for her car when other places couldn't find out what was wrong for years, and they figured it out quickly. The same goes for my car, they got me in and got my car fixed the very same day for my sway bar links. The second time I had a problem with my O2 sensor and they fixed that in a few hours too.
Quick, friendly, efficient, caring, and decently priced for parts and labor. Not to mention Gary gives off a familiar stern but caring family feeling when he looks out for you and gives you advice. He pretty much saved my butt when my stepdad unknowingly gave me and put on a wrong sized tire. Gary patched up my old tire and firmly but concerningly urged me not to let it happen again and how it could have ended badly.

“What an EASY experience! I called several tow companies to tow a box truck from our business to a shop for repairs. One company came out and said "Oh. We thought it was a van." and left. Two others gave us prices that were pretty high. One said I had to email them if I wanted to schedule a pickup--- But Semper Fi answered the phone- came in $100 less than other companies, the driver was on time and very pleasant- and charged our credit card and emailed a receipt from his phone. The entire process was super quick and super easy. I will recommend them to everyone going forward.PS. My father was a Marine. The shop proper is easily found and everyone I spoke to was professional in everyway . I definitely recommend this shop if in need in Baltimore County.”

“Friendly staff and was able to get a better price here than any other towing company around (and I called every one).I only have a few somewhat negative things to say, which is why I am only giving 4-stars.1) The person I spoke with on the phone was well aware of the situation and the position/location of what I needed towed, however when the driver showed up, he seemed surprised and unaware of what needed to be done. It seems there was a cutoff of communication between the front office and the drivers.2) I really didn't mind, but I had to put in quite a bit of legwork myself. From attaching cables, operating the winch, to guiding the driver on using the right angles to maneuver it onto the truck.3) They gave me a bit of a discount, and although someone else paid for the service and any tips, the driver seemed upset that I didn't give him anything extra. While I usually tip tow drivers, I'm usually the one paying for it. And since I wasn't paying, and don't know how much the person who was gave the driver on top of the service fees, I don't think it was appropriate for him to give me an attitude for not giving him more money. Especially since I did about half the work myself.Overall, it was a good service though and I was capable of doing what labor was required at the time, so besides my few minor complaints, I do recommend Oakleigh Towing above the other tow companies in the area.”
“This is my second time going to this specific location. The first time they fixed my lifted 2020 Doge Ram 1500 with a super quick turn around time back in 2021. This time they fixed my driver door frame on my 2011 Acura TL within 2days. The staff there is SUPER friendly & helpful. This location is AWESOME”

“I want to say, that my husband read the reviews on this place and he said oh boy it's gonna be bad. I was thinking to myself ok let me just kill em with kindness and see what happens. I called and asked if I could come pick my things up from my car and the girl said did u send us an email about releasing the car to ur ins.? I said yes( right there I thought here we go) . She said what email was it, I gave it to her and she said yup I found it, ok so whenever ur ready just call us a half hr before u come. ( very nice young lady) . I called 30 min before I was coming and then another girl answered the phone and she pulled my email and said ok I will send someone down to help u locate ur vehicle. We got there and I couldn't figure out how to get in the place and a nice white truck pulls up and he saw that I was hobbling in a walking boot and said go ahead and sit in the car and I will come back and let u know when I find ur car. Such a nice man. He then came back and said u can go in that fence but don't go into far becuz u might get something in ur tire (he was concerned about my tires..very nice) we went in and started getting my things and a tow truck driver comes in and says we have to move so( I thought oh no) he could move my car out to the street,But he was actually helping us out. Over all I had the best experience with Frankford towing. And I would definitely use them again. Oh, and nothing was missing out of my car. And I left my coach sunglasses and cash in the console. 1k kudos.”
