Had my car towed in to APS and Chuck the owner took care of it in a timely manner, they are ASE and NAPA auto care facility has 24000 or 24 month nationwide warranty. Good service fair price and honest work. Recommend this place to everone highly.

In today's world you can hardly find a car service center that takes such great care of you and your vehicle. I have stopped by on a number of occasions for things as a tire running low on air, my A/C not working or just to have them look at something and I am taken care of right away. Not only do they take care of the immediate issue but check to see everything else is okay. They will let you know if something is wrong and needs to be fixed. I brought my vehicle in for tire a issue and was informed that my brakes were sluggish and they were concerned. I said thank you, I will take care of that later and drove off at my own risk. My brakes gave out that week - I should have listened. Needless to say we had the vehicle towed back in and all was properly taken care of. Another time I brought my car in for an oil change and they vacuumed my front floors.. I was amazed. They said that they knew being a mom meant that we don't always have the time to do such things. What a blessing! They truly go above and beyond!!! We feel extremely well taken care of and tell everyone that they should get their cars serviced at APS Auto!!!

When my car is having trouble, I always take it to APS Auto Care. I love the atmosphere as well as the workers. They are always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, tell the truth and are always trying to get you the best deal that they can. I recently took my car to APS because my Ford Focus was not starting. They quickly figured out that the problem was the battery and replaced with a NAPA battery, which has a nationwide warranty. With my vechile, APS had a quick turn around. I got my car back in one day. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the Frederick/Carroll County area that needs a auto care center. If you are deaf and are worried about going here, don't be. APS is a deaf friendly establishment. They can help.
