This is the best post office I've been to. The regular woman who works there is great. I'm pissed today because my package was refused due to using FedEx packaging. I mean, really, who cares, so I had to cover up everything fedex and them take it back. Never have this problem with the regular person, but always with new people. 2 more things: 1) this location has always closed at 5, not 5:30 and 2) this place is a mess because of the nasty people that go in there and throw their trash everywhere but the trash can. I see strips pulled off of letters on the floor, boxes left etc etc and it's no one but these trashy customers who would never just toss their trash on there own floor. Or would they. How about we police ourselves

March 2024. The place is dirty, they need new floors, a paint job and maybe that would lift the morale of the employees. Only met one employee, a woman, who was professional and courteous.

They’re always never open on time. It’s 12:22pm and the store hours are 12pm-5pm. I’ve been standing in the line, along with other customers, for the past 15 mins. Worst place to get service.

There's only one pen...What takes 2 minutes is gonna take 10 at this location.Disorganized and dirty as well.

The hours displayed on the door need to be updated. I was in the lobby when they closed at 1pm and was turned away for service.

I always get great customer service at this post office however, it is always so gloomy and dirty looking.

I gave 2 stars for the friendly staff, but the hours of operation is very very limited it's not convenient, and the place is always messy.

if i could give zero i would. the woman i encountered with on thursday october15 was very rude and unpleasant & acted that way to many other customers infront of me. i should not have to feel like going to a different post office outside of my neighborhood so i don’t have to deal with rude workers at this location

Usually the employees are friendly, but the facility is always dirty. There's trash everywhere, trash cans are full, and hours are very limited.

I always forget that this Post Office exists. Maybe because it is back in the cut off of Watkins Park Drive and can't really be seen from the main road. As far as I know it is full service and it is never crowded. I had to go in during this girl Rona and it was virtually empty, which was completely different from others that I passed that many folks waiting in lines outside. Of course masks were required and 6ft lines were but in place in addition to limit on who is allowed in the lobby. I have always been pleased with the staff in this location. I will continue to return of course when remember!
