Just bought a house so came to find cabinets we liked for the kitchen. The staff was helpful and we got some great resources.

I returned a few items, and thankfully I encountered no lines. The customer service representative was extremely friendly, efficient, high-spirited, and helpful. There is a large clearance event going on for summer and outdoor products, but I resisted the urge to buy anything new.

No one knows where stuff is. Why not have a computerized item locator at the door. I probably spent 20 mins or so looking for bungee cords Saturday. Four employees gave me 4 different aisles to look for the cords. Next time, I'll just order it on amazon
