This pharmacy is in desperate need of serious help. They take an unreasonable amount of time to fill prescriptions. The only reason I still come here is because it’s the closest, but every single time, they take hours to fill even something as simple as a pre-packaged prescription. All they need to do is grab it from the refrigerator, have the pharmacist check it, and send you on your way. Instead, they leave you waiting forever, while other pharmacies get people in and out efficiently. They have two pharmacists here—yet neither seems willing to work! This is unacceptable.

This is the store closest to me but the produce is not worth buying and I found several food items that are out of date and they had Expired in January and others in April and we’re still on the shelf ☹️ And the associates are rude and just not willing to help ? and they charge so much at this location ??

Today is the last time I will ever go here! The cashier was texting while she worked, not once or twice, but constantly. She put my bananas in and bag with other heavy items and bruises them. She was not gentle with any of my produce and my apples also we're so bruised that they will need thrown out. I can not believe she would be ok with throwing my money away by damaging my items. Unacceptable.

Horrible Customer Service!! They really need Customer Service training and possibly to be reassigned somewhere else! They really need to know how important customer service is. Please start at the front desk!

I shop there pretty frequently and I can say that the customer service is horrible. The self checkout lines are always messed up and when the light blinks the sales associates pretend as if they dont see it. I will say that the bakery and seafood dept's are really good! I order all of my cakes, cupcakes and get my sweets from this Giant and this section is really good! Tameka helped me today and was really polite and caring. The seafood dept is also really good. I dont have a personal bond with anyone there but I can honestly say they sure can cook some seafood. The main issues is the management, customer service center and the front of the store. The back of the store is cool.

This is not my go-to grocery store although it is the closest one to me. The people who work here are not friendly, and the self checkout lanes need to be dismantled. Because the need for assistance is always needed. If the customer service was better, I'd overlook the insufficient self checkout lanes.
