I've avoided this place on and off for 15 years but will come here in a crunch because they are well-staffed and cycle people in and out quickly. However, if you prefer a little customer service with your patronage, this is not the place. The lady who runs the front I swear goes out of her way to make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She was visibly annoyed that I came in for two nail repairs, made me wait even though technicians were available, and then quoted me $15 for the two repairs and asked if I still wanted it done. I told her no and her response was, "Then leave." She proceeded to talk about me in Vietnamese as I left.
I went a few doors down to Watkins Park Nails nextdoor to the vet. They were extremely pleasant and quoted me $10 for a job that took all of ten minutes, which I felt was much more reasonable. I used to stop into Fancy Nails II in a crunch, but going forward I will be using their competitor at the other end of the shopping center.

I went to get my nails done and the nail tech was very rude and nasty, I wanted her opinion on a color I wanted to get, and she said "don't waste my time" So 2 days go by and my nails chipped and when I went back, the guy at the front said they couldn't fix it and claimed they were busy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NEVER COMING BACK HERE! I don't want to even give them any stars.

Horrible customer service. My toesnails fell off from running. And I’m trying to maintenance my feet . The guy doing my nails was laughing at me and talking about me in his language. He asked me what color I want and raised the price 20$ more. So I canceled the polish and kept the polish clear to avoid confrontation. From there he gave me an extremely fast pedicure. Can I have support for trying to better myself? 53$ for a half job wasted. And he didn’t give me the paper flip flops for my feet. He made me put it back in my sneaker

I went in for a pedicure and fill in .The guy that did my nails was really rude . He tried to do and charge me for a service I didn't ask for, then he tried to increase the price on a design when he already told me the cost of it . He definitely could benefit from a class educating him on how to provide better customer service to their patrons. First there and I will not be returning !!!!!

They overcharge for their services. Sign says 15$ to remove nails but they charged me 25$. As a business you should make sure your pricing advertised is correct. It gives off greedy and lack of integrity when they don't add up. Place isn't Tidy or clean looking. I will NEVER recommend this place even to do a simple service of removing nails. I really wish I could give 0 stars. There is no way I would come back. Please don't waste your time with this place and LOOK at the pricing on the wall before paying.

WORST PEDICURE EVERNot sanitary at all. Implements not kept in a sterile condition.My cuticles were not pushed back properly on my toes. Therefore, he cut me and not my cuticle. I did let him know that he cut me and he didn’t react. He just looked at me as if I was wrong for saying something.My pedicure was supposed to be $30.When I was finished, the lady upfront told me that it was $63. I told her that I did not get a deluxe pedicure. I only received the basic. She told me that I received gel polish and that’s what cost me the extra $30 the salon is old and outdated and dirty and that’s putting it mildly. I will never be back here and I will never recommend anyone to come here.

I went in with a friend to get a pedicure. The front desk made sure we were seated together and finished the same time. The pedicure staff never engaged only talked to her coworkers beside her in her language. They for sure was talking about us. It's rude to speak in your language only around customers.

I came here to get a fill in. I saw that the shop had bad reviews I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I was SO wrong. I showed the nail tech a picture of how I wanted my nails and SHE DID NOT FOLLOW THE PICTURE AT ALL. The shape of my nails was the worse part. And the ladies two coworkers came over to look at my nails and the guy who was at the register said "hmp" when he saw my nails, that's your nail techs ability not me!!!! I will never visit this place again or recommend it. Believe nail shops 1 star reviews.

Wish I could give 0 stars. These people are super rude and unprofessional. They use the same tools on everyone's feet which is UNSANITARY. The woman who did my feet caught an attitude and started handling my feet roughly when I asked her to even out my toe. Also the paint job was very messy. They then tried to change me an extra $10 until I pointed out the price listed on the menu. They also charge $1 to use credit card machine which is illegal. DO NOT come here and waste your money.Service: Pedicure
