I had a paid order to pick up. I had to wait for pickup. Then he walked off to check two out? I left the store without my order. I called 7/11 to post a complaint. While on Phone she called store. She came back to let me know to go pick up order them? I had to go catch the bus to get home. No order in hand. Waiting for refund now with free delivery for a month....Bad service for paid order! On watch it said ready before I left??... was not!

The rudest customer service ever. I encounter the upmost disrespect from a black woman with a blonde bald head. I was called out my name several times. Prior to entering the establishment I heard a customer say "that would be the last time that rude a** b**** speak to me that way!" Upon my purchase I asked the associate a question about a pick up. She instantly became disrespectful and rude. I instantly knew who the gentleman were referring to. She begin to call me out my name in front of several adult customers and children using the most disgusting profanity. Myself and another customer told her she shouldn't speak to customers that why. The disrespect continue and before I knew it the associate invited to a physical alteration. Which I decline and she continues to invite me in a physical violate match. I do not condone violence I plead to you that you removed this pugnacious individual that you have working at your establishment

I went to this 7-11 to redeem my scratch off ticket for $100.00 on 1 Aug 2021 at about 1:00 pm. I was told that by the young man behind the counter that they did not have any money. I responded by saying that I believed they were supposed to cash out up to $500.00 at which point he repeated that they did not have any money. I asked to speak to the manager. I and others in the store could hear someone in the back chastising the young man. This older lady came out never address

He responded by saying that I was the person wanting help. The lady looked at me and said "next". No one else walked up and she turned around and walked back into the other room. This was the rudest/nastiest person I have ever had to deal with. Confronted with making a scene and causing a commotion I decided to write this letter. I know that her store doesn't represent all 7-11s but I feel that I have to write this to send a message that consumers don't have to deal with BAD service.

I came here to pick up an order and the woman who I spoke to was a foreigner possibly from Africa. She was very rude and disrespectful. I told her my name on the order and when I walked over to where she was she ignored me and went on to help other customer. She disregarded me and would not help me at all. I had to go around the counter to grab my items. I would recommend anyone looking to buy things that they sell go to the CVS around the corner or a neighboring 7/11. I do not intend to give them my business again.
