This is old school customer service. They genuinely care and you are not a number.You can take your car to NTB, pay a premium, get told about all these things you need to fix on your car, then have to wait day for you car to get tires (because your appointment means nothing) OR you can come here during your hour lunch break and be in and out. I'll choose the latter every time. ;)”
