“As a female getting work done on my car, it’s tough. At dealerships they try to upsell me and lie about work getting done but it hasn’t , honestly not a great experience. BUTafter looking at McCurry's reviews I decided to give them a call and Bill the owner answered right away. He was kind and made it an easy call. I dropped my car off with a note for an oil change and that my brake pads needed to be changed. A couple hours later he called having done my oil change and updated me on what was actually necessary for my brake pad replacement. Very kind honest man, no hassle! My car was ready in a couple hours. Definitely recommend to any females out there who stress about getting their car serviced! “They've maintained our Corollas for several years, and we've been happy with them. Especially when we had to take our cars in during COVID - they had glass and masks. They also allow for after-hours drop off, which is very convenient for those of us who work well past 5 PM. The online estimates make things very convenient, but they never try to push service on us, while explaning when stuff really does need service. The downside is you have to call them to make an appointment...lately my husband and I have not gotten confirmations from that, but aside from that, they are communicative when you do need repairs.”

“I cannot speak to the quality of work done here because I only had a safety inspection done in order to register my van with the state. At first I felt a little sketchy about this place. I failed the inspection and went back to my shop to get some things fixed. They confirmed the inspection was legit. I took my van back for re-inspection and passed. These guys got me in and did their thing and got me out both times. I wanted to write this review to let people know that even though I had reservations about this place I do believe they want to provide a legit service. But again I cannot speak to the actual quality of their work.”

“We returned from our trip to Washington, D.C, to our car at Vienna-Fairfax Metro Station, and found out our car was completely dead! I called a few places - some kept ringing without answering, and others were pricey. When I called Little Man Towing & Recovery, he answered on the first ring, gave us a better price, and was there on time. He checked our battery and after a few failed attempts to jump-start the car, he told us that the battery of the car was completely dead. Rain and night were upon us, so he then offered to drive me to get a new battery. He then helped me replace the battery of our car using his own tools. We were able to drive home. And the great thing about this whole experience was that he didn't charge us extra money and refused to take any tip. What a good guy! We were so thankful that we called him instead of other highly-priced towing comps. I had a near-miraculous experience with this service yesterday 8/30/2023 when in less than an hour, my dead car was towed to my complicated and winding apartment complex garage by EDWIN, one of their patient, professional, and super-skilled tow-truck drivers.
