Was called 10 minutes before my dogs grooming appointment to cancel due to the stylist calling out. Then offers to reschedule for the following week. No accommodations, no “we can work her in”. Ridiculous.

I have been purchasing birds here for years.On Thursday Feb 8, I was harassed by management that I didn't have the proper cage to house 2 parakeets.I have different cages at home but the store only allowed me to buy 1 bird.Boycott this store and their discriminating practices.

Go here and be prepared to lie about your aquarium size. They will not sell fish if you tell them your tank size and their outdated guidance doesn't correlate. Rude and their fish are just dying in their tanks. What a shame

My dog's haircut was horrible. The hair on her back, legs, and chest is very uneven, and she's bald in some places. Overall, the hair is shorter than the groomer indicated it would be. The groomer refused to do any de-matting, though my dog had very few mats. The hair on the top of her head was cut very poorly, and the hair above her eyes and near her mouth is uneven and not symmetrical. Her ears and mouth are also still visibly dirty, so I wonder if any part of her head or face was actually cleaned during the bath. I'm extremely disappointed with the price of this haircut ($94). I feel that the services rendered were beyond subpar for the price, and I wish there was a way to get my money back.My dog is a 20-lb miniature golden doodle.

I went into Petsmart this morning because my 2.5 yr old son's montessori school had a wishlist for fish for the tank in their classroom.I arrived when they opened. I walked around the entire store looking for an associate 3 times before almost walking out. The store was empty. When i got to the front of the store finally an employee walked across me. I asked for help in the fish department he gave me an attitude and told me to wait.I waited a few minutes then proceeded to walk back to where the fish were. Slowly,here walks up this short guy who is still talking to other employees in the back and isn't friendly to me at all.I tell him I'm there for tetra fish for my sons school.He begins to ask me all these specific questions about the tank. How big? How many gallons?I said i dont know. It's at the school I've seen it its pretty big. And they already had some tetra fish in there. But i don't know exact amounts. He then says I cannot sell you the fish???!!!!So the school that had fish prior and has a tank set up,put out in their newsletter they wanted fish and specified the kind they wanted and I go to get the fish which are only like $2 a fish, and this guy won't sell them to me???!!!!I asked for a manager. He said he was the manager. I said your name tag only says your name,Harrison and does not specify that you are a manager. He calls out to somebody and he comes walking over nonchalantly and Harrison says "tell her I'm a manager she doesn't believe I'm your manager.This guy who says his name is Chris has no name tag once so ever I don't even know if he was an employee or not. I wasn't going to continue to argue. This was going nowhere and Harrison was intent on not selling me the fish.I ended up walking out and driving 25 min to the other Petsmart on cherry hill.5 min in,5 min out. I walk out with my fish no questions asked!!! :)I have never ever had such a problem in such a short amount of time inside a store by an employee claiming to be a manager who wouldn't sell me fish for my son's school for Christmas!!!!!!! Extremely rude,extremely unprofessional!!!!!Petsmart do better!!!!! I won't be coming back to this location ever again.

It's such a lovely place! It has everything you need for your pets, and they also have all kinds of pets on display! Cats, lizards, turtoises, birds, hamsters, etc... I actually adopted my first and only cat here, and the process was very smooth! She's still alive and very healthy, which means they treat their animals very well!

PetSmart is a great store. I work at Banfield inside . EXCEPT GROOMING , Today I took my dog for a Bath . Her first ever bath and it was a horrible experience . I dropped her off at 1:25pm her appointment was at 1:30pm . 3:20pm here comes the grooming people with my dog and claiming she cut 1 of her front paws in the divider of the cage . except all 3 of her paws were bleeding and cut .Working over at Banfield , we get a number of accidents from this grooming salon and i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt . Considering she was just receiving a bath . Either this salon needs to be shut down or they need to put all of the grooming employees back to training .NO APOLIGY from the pet smart grooming manger .BY THE WAY . LOVE THATThank you Lindsey for the apology .If you could avoid this grooming salon please do !

I tried to buy mollies today but the clerk refused to allow me to buy them because she said they were for a 20-gallon tank because they grow to 4 inches. Mollies are small fish, they never grow that large. I had mollies and have 1 left and they have plenty of room. I really wanted to buy them because they were so beautiful and healthy, but I went all the way to the store, drove 10 miles back and forth for no reason. I will never buy fish here.

DO NOT go here. The customer service team is vial, at best. I tried to call and speak to a manager and was put on hold for a long time. The people who work here are rude, and no one addressed my concerns. Not surprising given that it's a chain but still...I had taken my dog here many times before with no issues. I would highly recommend that management invest in customer service training, at a minimum.

When I went to go purchase something at the register this white girl with dirty blonde hair in a bun, and red acne attended me. I greeted her and and she didn’t greet me back which is fine maybe she was having a bad day. However the entire time she looked like she was irritated that I even chose her register to begin with. She never offered me a bag and I had a lot of stuff. She literally watched me struggle carry my stuff with her arms crossed. If you hate you’re job so much get a new one lady.

Poor eye contact from her groomer and no smiles upon my arrival. Poor communication regarding whether my dog was done -got a call, arrived on time, she saw me, then disappeared in the back for awhile, so I took a walk around the store to kill time with my sleepy toddler. Returned to the salon and still no acknowledgment. Eventually someone caught my eye and went to get her she claimed she came back out, but usually PetSmart will announce when the dog is done on store speaker. It’s not like I left! I’ll be going to the Cherry Hill SS location from now on.

FYI, the adoption center is open daily as long as the volunteers are available at the spot. Also the grooming services is available, so happy I finally have found good place for grooming my cat.

I love this place! You are free to choose things for your pet, and when you ask for something for an employee, they quickly show up to help you or look for something you are not finding!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Horrible and unbelievable experience especially with J-----a, the incredibly unprofessional manager. Staffed arrived 20 minutes after the scheduled grooming appointment and then claimed our rabies documentation was insufficient. When we gave them the physical copies the dogs were taken back for their grooming for me only to be called 20 minutes later that they no longer wanted to groom the dogs. Was YELLED at by the manager for the facilities lack of communication and faults of their own.
