No issues with Dr. Menon's abilities, however my wife arrived for an 8a appt in September, 2022 but was unable to enter the office as it wasn't open. She knocked several times but no one answered. She returned home and the office called and informed her she would be charged $25 as a no-show and for not cancelling. When she explained she was there but no one opened the office door they denied that and were just short of calling her a liar. I was home when she left and home when she returned, we are not in the habit of fake-driving to appointments at 8a in the morning. The billing department has tried on our behalf to have the charge removed but were instructed to keep the charge in place and not to remove it. Meanwhile it's June of 2023 and we continue to be harrassed with invoices for $25. I have no issue with paying as a no-show if that were the case, but I refuse to pay and will not accept responsibility for the lack of the office staff who are trying to shift the blame on us. In fact, we should charge them an inconvenience fee of $25 for not being there on time and wasting ours. Not a good professional look at all.

Be careful with this practice they falsify patient records. Upon reviewing our family patient records we found this practice adds false diagnosis codes that were not ever discussed. Jackie and Christine are so disrespectful in their communication.. I was given an exam order request for a different patient. Not a pleasant experience when I showed up to hospital radiology department appointment with an exam request that was not mine. The service here has been so unprofessional. I never expected this type of service from people who signed up to work for public healthcare

Dr. Menon is fantastic. When I needed to get Paxlovid, the antiviral for covid, she was the only doctor who checked for drug interactions. She found one and had me stop taking it while I was on Pax. If nothing else, for that I am very grateful. She is very thorough and kind.

I waited for 2 months to see Dr. Menon. She came highly recommended by my dear friend who’d been a patient for a long time. I was v impressed with Dr. Menon and her staff. She was very thorough, explained her thoughts, and had a clear plan for my health. Her staff was friendly and professional. With so many doctors turning concierge- her practice is a hidden gem.

I have been dr. Menon’s patient for 10 years now, but I have refused to visit her for the past 4 years despite her knowledgeable expertise. Only because I feel she has changed into a cold and business like doctor. Last time I visited her was in 2019 for a physical that always included pap smear test. I was shocked when she didn’t take the sample and left. I had told her that it was the main reason my visit. I had to get tested because I had an operation outside of this practice and wanted to make sure I had no cancer. I went out to see if she was coming back, but I was told that I had to make another appointment for that purpose. I was so disappointed. I had already told her that my insurance was expensive and I could not afford that, but She cared less. I left her office and never went back. Now I received a call from billing dept. after 2 years to pay almost $120.00 for a visit that was never completed. Why should I pay for a service that was actually a disservice. When I requested to talk to dr. Menon for a waiver as I am unemployed at the moment, I was told that she could not talk to me. I chose this practice because I found her a caring and humane doctor and I used to recommend her. She has definitely changed. Very sad!

Brilliant and caring doctor, keeps meticulous track of patient history and needs. She clearly stays current with medical knowledge and maintains an informative website. Dr. Menon refers to excellent specialists. Her practice offers extended hours with wonderful nurse practitioner, on-site phlebotomist, and acupuncturist. Nurses and receptionists extremely kind, efficient and willing to help in any way possible. I appreciate that the practice does not overbook patients. When you have an appointment, you are seen at that time, No one sits for long periods of time in the waiting area.

Dr Menon is a very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. Very easy to make and change appointments as well. Would recommend! I've felt the healthiest I have in a long time thanks to Dr Menon!
