I only had to see their kitchen and I looked no further, KB Factory it was!! So The journey from start to finish, from design, selection, renovation schedule, payment schedule, communication and closure was a smooth and enjoyable process. David, Elizabeth and Dru are an amazing team, supporting each step of the process and available to answer questions and address any concerns. Most of the selections for kitchen items are done right in the showroom. I made trips to Mosaic Tile for my floor and backsplash and Pacific Sales with Best Buy to purchase my appliances. Melissa at Mosaic Tile was supportive and knowledgeable. Issac , with Pacific Home supported with suggestions for appliances per my renovation information, submitted all information to K/B factory and coordinated the shipping and delivery. The contractor, Rafal and his team were efficient, thorough, careful and left my home clean each day. I am truly grateful for this team and my new kitchen !!!!!”

“I recently had a small shower replaced because of a leak. I chose Tile Center based on Next Door reviews and have never had such a positive experience with a business. They were top notch from start to finish. The workmanship was superb, as well as the communication and reliability. Frank ( who oversaw the project from start to finish) monitored the daily progress with updates and pictures. Everything went smoothly even when there were unexpected issues. They were discussed and resolved promptly.They are not inexpensive, although competitive. This caused me some concerns, but I know I made the right decision.If I ever need any home improvements I will certainly use Tile Center again. We have not been successful until we arrived at the Olney, MD HomeGoods.Not only did we get pillows and a rug, but a nice glider - swivel chair.More importantly, we want to complement Juan! who was the coordinator who put the rug in our car and then again put the chair in when we returned later in the same day.He is very efficient and careful and I think he deserves our praise and HomeGood’s praise!”
“We just completed our kitchen remodeling that was long overdue. I cannot say enough about the fabulous job that Bath& Kitchen Showroom did for us. My wife and I are 100 percent satisfied with the professionalism of Shalom, Daniel and their crew (Sam and others). Shalom and Daniel have decades of experience and will guide you smoothly through the process. While the work was being done, his crew would show up on time early each day and work efficiently. Shalom would check in daily on progress and make any needed adjustments. Prices are reasonable and workmanship exceptional. You are in good hands here!”

The job included minor repairs to a few rotten boards, all of which were accomplished very well. I made a mistake and mis-measured when ordering my bathroom vanity. It was very close to being the right size, but the vanity top was a little too big and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Sebastian was very patient, talked me through all of my options, looked at pictures of the problem, and through a couple of phone calls resolved my problem without a huge expense. It was a big problem of my own making, but Sebastian resolved it very quickly. Thanks!”
“Exis renovated the first floor of my house, and it looks great! Niki and Peter created a kitchen for me with more counterspace and much more storage space, and replaced 30-year-old carpeting with new vinyl "wood" flooring. Giovanni and his crew were professional, on-time, and cleaned up and treated us and our house kindly. Peter has an eye for detail - several times he noticed something that needed a bit of tweaking before we noticed. Recommended!”

“We asked Raffi to design and build custom built-in bookshelves in our home office. He made important improvements to our draft design, including incorporating a desk within the bookshelves. He was receptive to specific requests we had for the project, including adding two file drawers and three toe-kick drawers. He communicated frequently to make sure we were on the same page about customization decisions. We had a tight timeline, and Raffi worked overtime to make sure the project was complete when we needed it. We are very pleased with the outcome; it has completely revamped our office!”

When we ordered, the price on the invoice was higher for some items than the price quoted, and when I pointed this out, Jane successfully got us a refund for the difference.
