I had a great experience today. It was my first visit and Yakov added two links to my watch band in 15 minutes, while I waited. I thought the bill was very fair at $15. I would definitely return to this business!

Appreciate the care taken to clean and fix two watches not worked on in decades. Yakov V (repairer-extraordinaire @KC&W) Rocks as he went WAY Above the service quoted to get the stubborn one working again. Highly recommend KCW staff and services.

The repairman is a longtime presence, most helpful in finding replacement bands, battery, whatever necessary. Welcoming personnel.
