Go elsewhere to get your car detailed!! They completely disregarded everything that should come with a detailing. I picked up my car at night so I did not realize how dirty they had actually left it. The next morning I noticed all the vents were still dusty, cupholders were still dirty, streaks were left behind on the radio and all the buttons/knobs, dirt was still left around the hand brake, carpets weren’t vacuumed/cleaned properly, random spots of dirt were left along the inside trim of the car, and the rims weren’t cleaned at all! I brought my car back hoping that they would clean everything again properly but I still ended up with the same results. I had to come home and practically detail it myself. I got better results cleaning the interior myself with some Clorox wipes! I picked up all the dirt and grime they failed to clean. Don’t waste your time or money on this place as it is a complete joke

great paint job and great price! I came in through referral to fix a minor scratch. Desmond did a fantastic job within a day and charged me less than half of what other bodyshops quoted!! I will be coming back for detailing. Thank you!

Been taking my car here for some time now, amazing prices and great work on their hand washed car washes. No machines here! You actually have someone washing your car which is better for you car paint and longevity. I’ll be a returning customer here for a while!

The “valet” service, and i use this adjective loosely tried selling me on a five pack if washes. I said no thanks. He then programmed the machine gor a 15$ up charge for lava wax on top of the regular wash, which was what I was there for, Then, I have to rub down everything the machine misses afterwards.Big disappointment.Service: Auto detailing

I am so glad I found Kamal and Annie's Kensington Auto Clean as they are located in my neighborhood. Their team did a fantastic job on my Hyundai with a full interior and exterior detail (including a much needed engine wash). Great pricing as well. This is our first time with Annie and her group. So far, we appreciate what the crew did to my RED Mustang 2004. It looks very good after deep cleaning inside and outside along with some body shops work. I recommend this place to others.

My Audi Q5 was a mess. Hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. When they were finished with it, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Worth every penny of the $95 they charged.Service: Auto detailing

Horrible rude lady! They lie to you on the services they performed. This place is a rip off. They shouldn’t call themselves a detailed, they should just say it’s a overpriced car wash. I hired them to hand wax, shine, and shampoo my car, they did neither. Stay away. Rude lady said she doesn’t need business so I hope this review will help steer others away from this horrible place.

Do NOT come here! Unprofessional & unethical. If the prices seem to good to be true for a interior & exterior detail, it’s because it is. You will get the same “detail” results as paying a normal car wash for a quarter of the price, their “detail” package is a joke!
