3 pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, the list goes on! Membership required so get on the list and start waiting, it's well worth it.... Edit to this 5 years later- kenmont and the community are like home to us. This place has an amazing community and a board that works to constantly make improvements! Heaven on earth!

My family has been members for 3 years since being on the waiting list for a year. We did it mostly to evolve our two kids in a summer swim team. Our experience has been so positive that I want to share the positives and negatives for others to make a good decision. As I have visited many similar private pools through swim meets, I can provide a reasonable comparison.Typical day- we usually bring our kids for their morning 1 hour swim practice in the morning or afternoon depending on work schedule. We often go directly from work to the pool and make dinner and socialize. The pool has many barbecues to cook and pick nick tables to eat. The Wheaton mall and Costco is very close (3 minute walk) if you need takeout or supplies. We lounge in the pool and or lap swim in the dedicated swim lanes. Few pools have completely separated lap, recreation, and kiddie pools like Kenmont. The members are a diverse mix of very nice people. There are plenty of friendly people (kids and adults) to enjoy the day with.Amenities: pools include 25 meter lap pool 6- lanes, recreation pool (similar size with basketball net and diving board), kiddie pool.Tennis court - 2 full courts with practice wall. Basketball (full court newly paved), clubhouse - basic table and chairs, full clean bathrooms with showers, toilets, sinks, and small change area.Negatives: seemingly very close to Wheaton mall. Literally can walk from kenmont pool to mall in 3 minutes. Associated noise with mall. No pool store or restaurant/cafe.Positives: very close to Wheaton mall. Typical pool noise (splashing and kids noise) blocks out mall-associated sounds. I love walking over for supplies/food/ libations or even a movie on the spontaneous. You don’t feel the need to leave the pool because you forgot something. The swim team is a huge positive. They have a pre-team to train the new swimmers. They have a very involved swim team just filled with positive energy. Participation of members is very high. Great way for the kids to make friends.Events: they have a large crab feast which is lost of fun. Sunday raft night where people bring floating rafts. Teen night. Movie night. I am sure I am forgetting some

Great place for families. Very safe and well planned extra events. Worth the price.

Memberships are a little high dollar and the place could use some updating. Safe place to drop the kids and go.

Nice, big pool. Staff is friendly, good selection of snacks when they are there. They are not always there. Fun big playground with swings, slides and climbing walls. Big picnic area to eat. Tennis courts are nice, but the bathrooms are outdated. Nice lap 25m pool. The Kidde pool is not Always clean. The adult swim is just as long as it should be, at 15 mintues. Overall, very nice.

Visited several times with friends who joined. I LOVE it and want to join myself but, of course, a huge waiting list. Sad.

One time I drove by in the middle of winter and saw a child trapped inside the gates.
