This review is for the KP Kensington pharmacy. Today was my first visit to the Connecticut Ave medical office building and pharmacy. As a longtime Kaiser member in two other regions, I'm happy to report that the Mid-Atlantic region's Kensington pharmacy staff surpassed my expectations. They embodied kindness and patience even on this, especially busy day.Despite the large number of members in the pharmacy, I didn't wait long before I was invited to speak to a staff member. The fellow who assisted me was friendly, quickly found my order, and got me back on my way in a jiffy!The facility is easy to find, has ample parking, and, like all KP MOBs I've been to, is well laid out.Thanks, KP Mid-Atlantic!

I just had the privilege of an appointment with Doctor Sharmila Aryal.The last time I referred to this wonderful lady and great physician was on the occasion of a medical visit made by my dearest wife, several months ago.What I said then do not really honor all the virtues and qualities that adorn Dr. Aryal, both as a human being and a caring and wise doctor.Unfortunately, any language is highly limited when you try to put into words what your mind and heart really feel to convey vis-a-vis a very special and unique person as Dr. Aryal.We were very lucky to meet and to be in the hands of this blessed and superior human being to whom we wish to express our undying love, gratitude and respect.Ambassador Leonardo Ruilova

Doctors always behind schedule.It been already 6 years with kaiser no matter how early you go to the appointment they will make you wait in the room 2 hours to see the doctor .Update2023 DecemberThey still make you wait hours after your appointment this is crazy.Waiting area for pediatric is always dirty.Worst experience ever !!!

Manyahlishal Telahun, NP is professional, knowledgeable and patient oriented . She displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel valued during my phone conversation for my upcoming procedure. I feel valued as a Kaiser Permanente member.
