This place is a great place to go to for your health overall. I loved the experience with the nurses that worked with me today. They made me felt so welcomed. They are very patient, kind , and respectful. They made sure I was okay through the time I got there until the time I left. I appreciate you guys so much :) big shoutout Hji, Joun, Lisa , Carolina, and Apple!! Thank you so much once again.

They do their best to help. And I appreciate it. However I find difficult to understand why a simple fixing of my glasses has to be done through an appt? at Gaithersburg I never have to do this. I understand different areas have different challenges but this should improve regardless. Thank youThe staff and Astrid have been more helpful. There was a Caucasian front desk with tats who had me wait and the black lady there more than what I needed to. As soon as a white customer came she was taken care of instantly. The man who took her immediately was the white receptionist. Also the black lady receptionist was also ready to help her. When it was my turn their desire to help me was sub par. That male receptionist needs to be revalued. Both of them to be honest.

They always make sure that you have your appointment and keep track of youR health. I first started with them about 1981 when I moved to the East Coast and then I stayed for about eight years. I went to private doctors and now I came back January 2023, because everything is in one place you don't need to go looking for specialists.

My elderly aunt is a patient of Dr. Stephen Lesche, MD Kaiser Kensington. The thought of having surgery was very scary for my aunt. Dr. Lesche took time to explain her condition to her and what surgery could do to ease the situation she was experiencing while also informing her risk involved. My aunt felt comfortable with Dr. Lesche and understood the procedure and the benefits it would provide for her condition that outweighed the risks. The day of her surgery Crystal Spratley prepared my aunt with the utmost knowledge, patience and preparation that she needed for the day. Dr. Lesche came in with patience and kind words as he performed the surgery. My aunt was at ease the whole time the surgery took place. The surgery was over and my aunt felt very well and has recovered with no complications. I thank the wonderful team of Dr. Lesche and Crystal Spratley for taking time and good care of my aunt.
