Nice shop with a good variety of quality goods you won't find at big box stores. I was a little disappointed the nice lady who helped me wasn't more knowledgeable about gardening, but she tried.

I visited this garden center and was thoroughly impressed! The variety of plants was outstanding, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the overall ambiance created a serene shopping experience. A definite 5-star destination for any plant enthusiast.

I selected some flowers online from Johnson's (gerbera daisies) and received a prompt and kind phone call from them explaining they did not currently have gerberas. They described many of the flowers they did have, the colors, and what they could create--and they did an absolutely beautiful job. Fresh, beautiful flowers, a lovely arrangement, and terrific customer service. From now on, I will be buying (and sending) flowers locally!

If you're looking to support a local business who provides good and personal customer service, do not use Johnson's Florist. Earlier this week, I arranged for a gift to be delivered to a cherished family member from Johnson's Florist today but received a voice message from them very close to their closing time to say there were problems and they needed to reach me. I called them back immediately but my call was directed to an answering service on the far side of the planet. It was the same answering service they were using when I dialed their local number several days ago during business hours to place the order and waited for 20 mins for someone to pick up while being bombarded with obnoxious music. Hindsight is 20/20 but at that point I should have followed my instincts then and not placed the order at Johnson's because the answering service was impersonal and was unable to tell me if my order could be delivered or not. (It took two more phone calls to get the order placed!!) Now that the order is messed up, I called and waited today for 30 mins to get through the answering service only to learn that they were unable to locate my order. (Note to Johnson's: Why have an answering service if they do not answer your phone in a timely way and are unable to respond to basic customer service questions like: how to place an order, and if it can be delivered and when?? Just pick up the phone!! Good luck keeping your doors open if people cannot place an order with your business).

Johson's did the flowers for my wedding, and they were beautiful! Our florist Ann, was amazing and came up with such great ideas!!! I wish the flowers could have lived forever I loved them that much. Made our special day perfect

Knowledgeable and kind staff; always going above and beyond, in my experiences shopping here. The mom & pop neighborhood shop vibe is especially appreciated. Gorgeous arrangements designers will work with you. Yes, some things can be a bit pricey, but also, some not so much. Unique selection. I just adore coming here to browse, too.

Laura created the most beautiful flower arrangements! I didn’t have much of an idea of what I wanted, just colors. Laura was able to create arrangements with lots of color while being timeless and classy. She knew exactly what I wanted (without me knowing myself). She was able to work within my budget to get me my requested flowers. She is a true artist!!
