Absolutely do NOT go here. I came in asking for an a-line haircut with an edgy look and chunky layers. My hair length was long, to my chest. I had a lengthy consultation and showed pictures of what I liked. The cut I received was a short bob with thin layers and the length was right at my shoulders. Completely not what we discussed. I was so traumatized at the end, I just sat there wondering what happened. I told Minetka I was not satisfied. I said the hair is not what I asked for, it's not me. She began gaslighting me about the directions I gave her. I said I was going to cry when I got home. Look what I found after I got home-- there's multiple strands of hair uneven and not cut!! I couldn't tell if the haircut was worse or if it was her defending herself. She did not apologize. She said I looked younger and that my family would like it. I'm 30 and my family hates it. She did what she wanted with my hair and didn't care that I felt crushed. After her 36 years as a hairdresser I would expect better customer care. The man, presumably owner J Michael, was also extremely rushed and rude, just kept forcefully telling me to write my temperature down the minute I arrived. Didn't ask how the cut went. No care for customer service. The way I was treated here is unacceptable. Do not patronize this business. I hope I have saved you the trouble.

Michael did a beautiful job as usual. He is taking every precaution to keep all things clean and within guidelines against Covid. Felt totally comfortable.

I came here for my birthday on Jan 25 and the salon was just so welcoming and relaxing. Such a great start to my birthday! I got exactly what I wanted, my hair looked so full and healthy. When I left I felt so confident! When I walked in I thought I would feel like a princess but I felt like a queen instead! My stylist was Michael. I can't wait to go back at the end of February!

This is the best air salon I have ever been to! Excellent service! Michael is a genius! He fixed my color with highlights then gave me a trendy professional cut and style to fit my face and thin hair! Terrific place! I will never go anywhere else again!

Overcharged. The groupon price was $183.00 for keratin and haircut was supposed to be $65.00 and I was charged $86.00 for the haircut. I'm sure the owner knew he was over charging me. If you go be very clear about the charges and pay BEFORE you get the service to be sure. The salon is very nice. Quality is good. $86.00 for a $65.00 haircut is outrageous.
