I submitted my taxes weeks ago and they are still not finished. I’ve called multiple times and no one gets back to me or communicates with me. The deadline is just two days away. I’ve never had my taxes take this long to be completed. It is stressful and very frustrating.

This is the second year that I have used Indira for my tax preparation. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt that we worked as a team and she made an otherwise complex process painless. The filing was thorough, getting me the most deductions, and filed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend her! The office personnel were friendly and helpful.

I was here last tax season and worked with someone who seemed extremely confused when he was trying to do our taxes. It was so bad that we are still getting letters from the IRS asking for documents that we already gave to the HR Block "specialist" during our appointment. For the amount they charged, I was hoping for something better than subpar service.

You do not know up front how much you are going to be charged for H&R Block to prepare your taxes. Every form that has to be completed is a different charge. So you get an estimated cost when you show the tax preparer your last years filing. You provide all your paperwork and all the preparer does is enter it into the software. However, you really don't know the total cost until the end. Mine was $125 more than another place where I should have gone. That was a $350. total rate. Plus, my preparer added in misleading words that were not true on the itemized deduction form. When he finished, he had me review the forms, and sign. I didn't catch the error (didn't change the tax) until I got home and reviewed the printed copy. I called him and asked for a correction which he said he'd do but I am sure he didn't. It's an electronic copy that's sent to the Feds and State and I am sure he didn't do an adjusted copy (or I would have gotten a copy). This is the second time they have made an error on my tax returns. Will not go back.
