Harry Moore recently helped us buy a beautiful home in Chevy Chase, MD. He was referred to us by our close friends, who have used him several times in the past. He is a very experienced realtor who clearly knows the local housing market. We appreciated his calmness throughout the process. Anytime we had a question, Harry always had such thoughtful and detailed responses. He sent us detailed analyses of comps in our area, which was much more thorough than we had received in the past when we bought our previous home. We also appreciated his guidance on what might work for us as a family and that he seemed to actually be looking out for our best interests. We have two very young children and, without any pressure, he kindly suggested that we may not want to buy an older home that needs a lot of upfront work. We thought about that a lot and now are so glad that we followed that guidance. We appreciated his suggestions, such as getting a radon remediation system despite technically being below Montgomery County’s recommended level; he could have just told us that we are good but instead told us he would still consider getting one for our long term health. Harry was also patient and provided helpful guidance throughout the negotiation process. We went into contract the weekend of Christmas and he was readily available to take our calls and emails. We are now in our forever home and very happy. We really appreciate Harry’s kindness and thoughtfulness throughout the process, and provide our highest recommendation for anyone considering using him as their realtor.

Harry Moore recently helped me sell a property in Columbia Heights. This is the second time I worked with Harry. The property definitely needed some TLC and Harry was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and saved considerable time in knowing reputable contractors. Harry also excelled in marketing the property, including superb photographs and staging. I really appreciated Harry's calm demeanor when we encountered any obstacle. I've dealt with several realtors and none showed more attention to detail and patience. I highly recommend Harry.

2022 was a challenging year for me. I had moved to California from my home in DC of over 60 years, but had not fully cleared the house of possessions and memories. What a challenge! I’m not a hoarder, but memorabilia does “accumulate.” Harry Moore was the perfect realtor to turn to. He helped me prepare the home for sale, offering valuable advice for strategic repairs to increase the home's value. Having an independent eye meant that the repairs were indeed those that a buyer would appreciate. He found service providers to get the work done quickly and on budget, and supervised the project because I was out of town. Finally, once the house was cleared, Harry brought in a stager and a professional photographer to help with the finishing touches. My Georgetown home looked wonderful.Harry’s marketing plan for the house capitalized on its unique features and ensured that it received maximum exposure. He carefully planned a pre-marketing message and chose a time to release it for sale. I had a buyer within a week and at an excellent price.Harry really understands that selling is not just an economic transaction but is also an emotional experience and his empathy and patience made the process much less painful than I had anticipated. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Wow! Harry is hands down the BEST realtor I’ve worked with in my lifetime. He recently helped me purchase my 3rd property. And this was the first time I went to the closing table confident and educated on what I was doing. From the HOA fee to water detector by the washer / water heater to understanding how to calculate my monthly mortgage when I saw a property on-line and wondered if it was in my budget. Harry Moore helped me to purchase my last apartment as well as later helping me to sell it. Harry helped me to find the place that most suited my needs. I could not have been more pleased with how smoothly the two transactions took place. Harry knows the market very well and got me a price that I am very happy with. We were very happy with the service we received from Harry when selling our Bethesda home. We chose Harry over another realtor because of his honest assessment of our options and the completeness of his strategy. Harry was an excellent agent for me and my wife as we purchased our first home. He made sure we understood all the ins and outs of home buying and how to approach open houses. We now know more than we ever thought about identifying good cabinetry, AC systems, foundations, flooring etc. It's a testament to how much he cares about his clients and ensures they land in the right place for them. He is a DMV native and knows the area so well, which made navigating the various neighborhoods easier based on our wish list. We also appreciated working with his team when going through final stages of making an offer and reviewing contracts. They made sure we didn't miss anything and that all our ducks were in a row. I would definitely recommend Harry to any first-time (or other) home buyer.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers and during our search our friends recommended Harry. Harry was extremely professional, knowledgable, and most importantly (to us), he was patient. When we toured houses, Harry answered all of our questions in detail and raised additional aspects which we did not at first consider. When we were ready to make an offer, he walked us through the entire process and explained the legalize which we appreciated. He was responsive and provided accurate information from day one. Harry was extremely helpful with the purchase of my first condo. He made sure I understood everything that was going on and helped me understand why a particular place me be a good fit or not a good fit for me. He also showed up on time to each and every appointment which is huge for me because I’m a stickler for that sort of thing.
