Had a knocking sound and they said I needed new front suspension and tie rods. Their parts prices were high so I tried to get them down, but they wouldn't budge. The car was already there and I wanted to get it over with, so I approved it. Picked up the car the next day and had the same noise that I brought it in for on the way home. Took the car back and they called me the next day saying it was ready and I could pick it up. I asked what they fixed, and they said there was a loose bolt near my exhaust header. So........I paid $1200 to tighten a bolt. It's an older car ('99) but with under 80k miles. I guess it could have needed the suspension work, but I have my doubts. I think they saw an opening and took it. When I picked the car up they couldn't tell me what brand was used and didn't offer the old parts. Bush league.
