I really enjoyed my experience here, especially the quality expertise the trainers provided. That's one of the things that I think distinguishes this place from others group fitness gyms I've been to in the past. Even though the workouts are only 30 minutes, I found them VERY challenging. Though I'm no Olympic athlete, I'm in decent shape and I tell you I was SWEATING and breathing hard. I have worked out for years, but here I learned more about and the importance of form than anywhere else I'd ever been. I also really liked the support from not only the trainers, but from the other members.

No matter what your fitness level is, they got you covered. Outstanding Coaches, continuously motivating everyone!! Best 30 min workouts, building muscles, strength and lose fat. I highly recommend North Bethesda Fit Body Boot Camp.

The workouts have been easy to incorporate into my busy life. The coaches and other members are supportive and fun. This is the best way to get fit, don't starve yourself, build muscle! You will not regret it. Trust me! ;)
