Edwin has been my insurance agent for about 4 months now and I am amazed at all the help he has given me. Reasons to select him as your insurance agent:1. Promptness and attention to detail. I also contacted another local Farmer's agent and had some difficulty reaching them by phone. I needed to set up insurance around the Thanksgiving break and Edwin got back to me right away and I was able to pay for our auto/home/umbrella policy over the phone. 2. Understands the system. I have a PhD and most people would consider me a smart person, but I do not understand insurance. Edwin very patiently explained all the details of the different limits to me. 3. Problem solver. Due to some confusion in the Farmer's system, I received a refund that I did not ask for. Edwin took care of this error by tracking down the paper trail and patiently explained to me what was going on. With most insurance companies, I probably would have needed to talk to customer service for hours to solve this problem that was not of my own making. 4. Overall good person and neighbor. I was hit by another car recently and Edwin explained my coverage, what to expect, and even offered to pick up groceries for me!

Have had home owner's insurance with Edwin for the last 5 years. I shopped many different companies and while many companies will show you a low rate that won't really cover you if you have a major loss Edwin was knowledgable and gave me realistic numbers that made me feel comfortabel that if something happened I would be covered. He also has earthquake insurance which many people forget about, but being in an old brick home it's very important since we have had small earthquakes in moco. Edwin can always be reached for questions and is very responsive. I highly recommend Edwin and Farmers Insurance.

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable and informative they gave me a great quote and rate on my business insurance. When a lot of companies had a hard time insuring my detailing business Edwin had no problem to find the right insurance. I highly recommend using them for all your insurance needs.
