The doctor and her staff were fun and happy. It was lovely to be in an environment where everyone is smiling. Beyond that, they got me in quick and took good care of me. The doctor was very thorough and I felt like the skill, time and attention was well beyond what I would get a chain eye doctor. I really appreciated how deliberate she was about making sure she answered all my questions.

I am one of those that prefer to see the same hair dresser, nail tech, dentist, doctor and eye doctor. I decided to seek a new eye doctor as the one I was seeing was not convenient. Dr. Patel has gone above and beyond to make sure I got the proper care and product for my vision needs. She is open and attentive and I am not an easy patient
