I would like to give Extra Space Storage Facility a "Big Five Stars" for excellent service every step of the way. Extra Space was easily available online or in person, they had great sign on rates, awesome at reserving an appointment, with a very warm and welcoming pleasant experience was all at my fingertips.The Online experience of reserving and locking in a rate for a storage unit space was finished in literally five seconds, which I could have paid for online with a debit or credit card. The walk through was amazing and definitely a clean experience.I signed on with a fantastic rate and was able to lock the rate in and create an appointment right away. I was able to come see the space, the facility, and the people who work for this storage facility. Facility is clean. Has lighting inside unit unlike others. Plenty of carts instead of only a handful like others. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Kensington!
