A decent CVS with a pharmacy I try not to use. Last time I visited, the Dr said that they had sent my RX to this CVS, but CVS couldn't fund the RX and asked that I, carrying a 4 year old in my arms, stand in a very long line filled with geriatrics playing Parcheesi.... I prefer smaller pharmacies that have better service and are more likely to have antibiotics in stock.

I come here often and they always have what I need, and the associates are always nice. Ayinalem helped me on my visit last night and she was patient and very helpful when I was checking out.

I printed a photo of my deceased grandpa for his funeral and they lost it. Wasted 20 minutesof my life for nothing. Not coming back

Satisha at the Kensington CVS is the best!!! She welcomed me into the store and made me feel cared for and comfortable. 5 stars to this CVS because of her!

Currently selling expired COVID tests. The manager is refusing to refund the tests they sold, telling customers to call the manufacturer. Hopefully CVS corporation intervenes at some point and replaces management or retrains them. This is a problem store, and an embarrassment to the company name.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this location, and the treatment I received as a customer was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I stepped through their doors, it became abundantly clear that their concept of customer service was deeply flawed and, quite frankly, insulting.JUST NASTY AND RUDE.shout out to the pharmacist on the back, the only ones that know how to communicate with a human being.

Except for a long wait in line to retrieve my prescription. due to another customer with several issues ahead of me and only one person at the checkout for over 20 minutes, I cannot object to the actual drug part.Once a second person came forward to assist, there were 3 people and me waiting to be helped. That person then handled things quickly and accurately. Perhaps it was an exceptionally busy time filling prescriptions and all staff were doing that, but more check out staff than one with a complicated customer made the wait difficult for me. Standing in a spot so long is not comfortable for my personal issues. The workers not at the checkout were aware of the issues being handled by their colleague, but no one came forward to help the rest of us for 20 minutes. They merely seemed to look over and then return to their own work. Couldn't more staff have been summoned? On my entrance into the store, a woman was rushing out loudly proclaiming what she called ridiculous waiting to check out for over 15 minutes at the front of the store where I did see a looong line waiting to complete orders. Perhaps inadequate staffing is an issue at this store. I rarely shop there, but my usual store was not open on Sunday.

They changed/shortened pharmacy house and this is the line to pick up prescriptions! Literally the entire aisle.

The absolute worst pharmacy. They had a note on the prescription patient portal saying "Contact Your Pharmacy to Fill this Rx". I tried to call many times and waited for at least 30 minutes at times for two days but no one ever pickup the phone so I had to make a trip to the store. This is the THIRD time I had to do this! Absolutely unacceptable. The whole management team at this pharmacy needs to be replaced.

Their turn around time to fill a prescription is TWO business days!!! If you need your prescription asap to save your life, you'd be dead before the prescription is ready. Their phone system is only a robot, leave a message, no one will call you back.

This is absolutely horrific place. This CVS and it's staff will actually kill you - no joke- from insufficient dosages (like missing 60 pills from a prescription) of necessary lifesaving medication, to losing your medication to failure to order needed medication. - the latest is they refuse to order prescribed medication. Refuse. My doctor prescribed it on Tuesday, I never received update on availability from CVS, so I called and called and called and called as did my insurance and called and they only answered three times only to be immediately disconnected so they force me, while ill, to drive to pharmacy 5 days after prescription was sent to CVS, wait 45 minutes in line to find out they still have not made an order of the prescribed medication- they said they have it on Monday- it's Monday and NOTHING NADA. My parents are dying of covid - I have a lot on my plate and CVS expects me to go there daily to spend 40 to 90 minutes in line to encourage them to do their job. And I've now been exposed to covid and they insist I come into to their store for prolonged period of time to simply get status report. This is the unhealthiest health care organization. It is the least caring health care organization. I still don't have my medication- one week later after it being submitted and the only way to communicate with them is to go into store and wait 40-90 minutes EACH TINE, which has now added up to 2 hours. This place should shut down. It's mismanaged, it's corrupt, it robs you of prescribed medications. I am reporting them and please you must do the same. We must establish the pattern to initiate corrective actions.

There is one employee who said he is a pharmacist, but he didn't have a work gown, uniform or name tag. He see my prescription go to the shelf and come back saying we don't have that. I told him the other pharmacy checked on computer and send me here. He responded disrespectful and refuse to check on the computer. I ask his name he refuses to tell me. He was so mean and disrespectful.

I called at 9 AM and they said my prescription would be ready in 1 hour. I get there around 4:40 PM and it's not ready. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. Fine. I waited for about a 1/2 an hour and then when it was finally ready, the head pharmacist said I have to go to the BACK of the line. Really?? I was told it was ready this AM. Why did i have to go to the BACK of the line and wait AGAIN. It's after 5:30 and I have not gotten my prescription. ?

If i could give 0 stars I would. Took them over a WEEK to fill my prescription. Came in at 7 am they said it won’t be ready till later that evening… INSANE. They have 0 consideration for anybody. The manager is the worst, if you go in to pick up your prescription at most pharmacies they start making it then. They will not do so at Kensington. Except major delays.
