This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Ryan was very friendly and helpful. His supervisor was very patient. They both made my financing and trade in a smooth process. I would recommend them to the world, by far one of if not the best car dealerships on the East Coast. I’m definitely going back for a second vehicle……

I was a little concerned at first because it wasn't a major car dealer but was surprisingly impressed on how professional they were, Andy was so helpful he went above and beyond to try to get my interest rate as low as possible, it is a small individual family car dealership but I would definitely use them again if need and also recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I search online to sale my car through KBB and this company came up. I was a little nervous at first because they look like a small car dealership. However I made an appointment with the link on KBB. After going to a couple of other dealerships, they all tried to low ball me for my Infiniti EX35.
I was welcomed at the door and Josh took care of me. He gave me a fair trade in value, with a little cash to spend afterwards. Every thing went smoothly. It took ten days for everything to go through (from them to my where the company pay off ) and I am happy I found them. I also was nervous since this was my first time selling a car with a note and I needed extra information. They were understanding and worked with me through the process. I would recommend them with my car buying and sales. I am not going to get another vehicle yet. However, when I decide to buy again they will be the ones I purchase my car. I feel like it was a honest smooth fair sale. Thank you all at Cherner Brothers, and especially Josh for making this a smooth transition.
