2801 university blvd Branch is the most Unprofessional, incompentent branch ive encountered. Even Their card check in at the door dose NOT work you cannot enter the area to the ATM to deposit funds. This branch is a let down on so many levels...anyone reading this dont come go to bethesda so much better. Worth the drive☺️☺️☺️

Worst branch ever.While doing business with them my car was hit in the parking lot and minor damage was caused. I returned later to ask if the parking lot is covered by camera footage and they demanded a “police report”. I did not ask for the footage. I just asked if the parking lot is covered! No help from them, I’ll move my funds to a different bank now. They just lost a customer.

I have no experience with the staff at this Chase Bank location, but I would like all prospective Chase Bank customers to know that JP Morgan Chase is the single largest funder of fossil fuel companies and climate destruction in the world. I was impressed with the service I received from the bankers at this location. I visited to open an account. First of all, this bank is very modern in its interior design. I felt like I was in a tech company's headquarters. It was incredibly comforting. Cyrus was very helpful at getting me setup with the services that Chase offers. He explained all of the details to me and went over the online banking as well. Whenever I visit the location, everyone provides great service and Janelle always reviews transactions with me to ensure funds availability. I never expected retail banking to change yet the Kensington team proved that banking could be modern and exceptional!

Bankers here don’t want to help you. I don’t know if it is because they don’t know how to do it or they don’t want to work. I called Chase Customer Service before day before and was told to come to the branch.
