I experienced discrimination at this branch. I am sure I am not the only one, and I hope something is done about it.

This particular branch is the worst branch you can go, always packed, lack of tellers, very slow workers making the long-lines not moving, and making everyone very uncomfortable… already complained many times to Capital One headquarters but no solution ever came, if you are in a rush just do not even try the Kensington branch.

Once again, the Kensington Branch has deplorable customer service. After 15 years with this Branch, and 15 years of making monthly deposits, I was told that I can no longer deposit business checks into one of my accounts. When I inquired why, the response was "it has always been this way", although I have been depositing this way for 15 years.Rather than tell the truth, that their Bank policy had changed, or they did a software update, they gave no adequate response.*Worst customer service ever*When I asked to talk to the manager or assistant manager, of course they were unavailable, and the teller was unable to tell me when they would be in the branch. They do not even deserve a 1 rating/it should be lower. As of today, I am closing my accounts, and moving my money to Truist. At least they have managers available to solve issues.

Horrible customer service, the branch’s associates are clueless, not able to open a simple checking account. Very frustrating experience. Think again and use a different bank!

Lost my wallet and need to get some info about to getting some cash before cancelling my cards. The teller was everything bad about customer service today. Sloppy, wearing a t-shirt and slouching carelessly on his stool. Completely unhelpful and clearly unconcerned. I felt like I was bothering him. I really hate that!Yes loosing my wallet is on me but a little help and understanding would have gone a long way especially since I have to wait 5 business days to use my account - unbelievable

The Kensington Branch has terrible service, and no one seems to know what they are doing. First, I arrived at 9:15AM and waited in front of the office area for help. After 10 minutes someone at the teller area said they would be able to help soon, although I had already been standing there for 10 minutes. Then, I wanted to open an Escrow Account for my business. The Employee was unable to open and account for me, although she tried to get help from another branch. She took down my information, and stated that someone from their Treasury would be calling me within 48 hours. I stated to her that it is mandatory by State Law that I open a Escrow Account, and it is critical that I open one right away. Needless to say, nobody ever called. ******this is one of the worst Banks I have ever dealt with***** If you want service, do not Bank at Capital One Bank.

Happy that this branch has not closed like the others in my neighborhood. This one has a drive-through teller.

This branch is hideous. No one knows what they are doing. They are incapable of solving banking problems. They need a supervisor on hand every day. One that actually know what they are doing.

This is another unique location in Kensington ,MD . This Is Capital One Bank . It has 6-8 teller windows on the inside. It has two drive through areas with one teller window . It has a ATM on the outside which needs better security than having cameras there . They have good customer service representitives but sometime not enough to help sometime at the busy peeks when they should to shorten the lines there . I know they can be better . They have management desks for those who are in need of help and getting info and more . They have coffee and doughnuts on Friday's and Saturday's to make other feel at home there while they wait . yes they accept checks not of their banks to deposit . They send in your postal mail prepaid credit cards to see if you would be interested in doing business with their bank in the future to give a choice and see if you like their bank . So come on down to The Capital One bank and have a most unique experience . They look forward to seeing and doing business with you all very soon in your next amazing adventure visit there .

It's too sad that a bank can no longer provide a temporary check to a customer.

My Mom and I came into the Kensington branch hoping to solve a problem created by Capital One 360 (the online part of Capital One). Yeimy Polanco was incredibly helpful and patient and *did* ultimately solve our problem. Thank you Yeimy!
