The best company ever! I called first thing this morning to inquire about renting a hospital bed for my Mom who is getting released from the hospital today and by 2:00 pm the bed was installed in the living room. We are ready to receive Mom. Thank you Max and Alex for making an otherwise stressful time smooth.

Save time looking elsewhere; rent from BW for the best possible experience. We needed a lift/recliner quickly post-op. Explaining our situation, Max the manager went above & beyond to have one delivered the very next day. We'd tried renting from a national chain rental company but they delivered a funky smelling used chair (which would have been impossible to stay in for the number of weeks required post-op). From management to staff, everyone at BW was top-notch, friendly & professional. We would not hesitate to use BW again or recommend them to family and friends. We cannot say enough good things about BW.

Fantastic service! I was in search of an HD wheelchair. After calling around and striking out, I called B.W. Surgical Supply, Inc. and they had what I needed. When my wife went to pick up the wheelchair, Max and his team were very professional. If you are in need of medical supplies/equipment, contact B.W. Surgical Supply, Inc. Cannot say enough great things about this company. I needed a hospital bed on extremely short notice for my father. They offered me the option to rent or buy one and set up within 4 hours! Thank you for the peace of mind I needed before I left town.

I recently needed a knee scooter to keep the weight off my broken foot & sprained ankle. Not having any idea where to find one, I did some searching and came up with BW. BW is run by a guy named Max who is very responsive via phone and email and can help you figure out exactly what you need, explain how the rentals work with insurance etc. (And I mean SUPER responsive, most emails answered in minutes!) However, from what I can tell, he's not always at the shop (in fact, he wasn't at the shop either when I picked it up or dropped it off). The folks at the shop unfortunately aren't as well equipped to help figure things out; you basically need to arrange everything with Max in advance, and if there are issues when you get there, call Max and have him work with the staff on the details. The staff is doing their best to be helpful but it's clear some of them aren't fluent enough in English to conduct a conversation about billing, insurance etc. which is tough even for many native English speakers. They can get you the equipment that you've already arranged for with Max and take it back when you're done though. One of the staff showed me how to collapse and restore the knee scooter and helped me get it to my car, taking my CC info in a rather manual fashion. He was very nice. The equipment worked fine for my purposes, I used it for about a month and then returned it with no issue. The parking situation is a bit confusing, if you're coming from Plyers Mill on Metropolitan, pass the shop and then park in the first parking lot which doesn't have signage indicating that you're in the correct spot. You gotta take it on faith (and Max' assurance) that it's ok to park there. All in all, I'd absolutely use their services again if (and I hope I don't, because breaking your foot sucks!) need them. I went to 4 stars instead of 5 because of the awkwardness of having the in-shop staff not fully able to assist. I think if Max were onsite you'd be sure to have a 5 star experience, it's just a little less streamlined with him being remote.

With my impending shoulder surgery, we went to BW and saw a powered recliner chair in the showroom. It was easy and clear cut to reserve and arrange a delivery. Delivery was on time and very courteous! Great local business!
